I. Introduction

 

1. Background of the study

Discuss how people use a specific service (e.g. What is reservation, how people reserve, etc.)

On the second and succeeding paragraph or the paragraph immediately after your brief backgrounder, discuss the brief history of the company.

 

2. Statement of the Problem

In a narrative form, tell it in a chronological and logical order, as close as possible to those stated by the manager.

 

3. Objectives

a. General Objective

One liner. (e.g.: To develop an online billing reservation system for XYZ Corp.)

 

b. Specific Objectives

Goals or steps to accomplish the general objective. Explain here the methodology you are going to integrate on the solution or system you want to implement (SDLC, Scrum, XP, etc.)

 

To give you a better idea of how are you going to write it, look for SDLC for example, and enumerate the steps needed to come up with a system based on the SDLC methodology.

 

4. Significance of the study

Why is it important? Who will benefit from the study and how. Narrate in a paragraph form.

 

5. Scope and Limitations

Discuss here the bounds and limitations on the implementation of the system.
