A.) WAREHOUSE :

Concrete and reinforced structure for storage of supplies/materials for Plant operation of Culion DPP.

Walls of concrete hollow blocks properly reinsforced with reinforcing bars. Both sides of walls are

finished with cement plaster.

The floor dimensions are 3.7m length and 3.24m width. Located in the front side are the entrance do

and window. Window is made of jalousy glass and aluminum casing attached to the wooden jamb.

Floor finish is by porous concrete cement surface buildup. The walls were painted white with latex

paint.

Roof truss is made of hard wood assembled trusses, with gauge 26 galvanized corrugated sheets us

in roofing.

The project is located in the extreme right side of the Power Plant lot area.

A.) MAINTENANCE WORKING SHED :

Concrete and reinforced structure used as workshop. Front side walls are open, with just about

1M from the floor of reinforced concrete walls. The front is open with steel frame serving as steel gate.

Floor area dimension is 7.70M x 3.6M.

All exposed surfaces of concrete hollow blocks were finished with cement plaster.

Floor finish is by porous concrete cement surface buildup with steel reinforcement.

Roof is made of hardwood trusses with galvanized corrugated sheet used as roofing.

The structure is adjacent and attached to one side of the Lube Oil Shed building.

Walls of concrete hollow blocks properly reinsforced with reinforcing bars. Both sides of walls are

finished with cement plaster. The building structure is in between and is attached to the WarehouseBuilding and Maintenance Working Shed structure

The floor dimensions are 3.8 m length and 3.0 m width. The front side of the structure is fully open wi

steel gate frame.

Floor finish is by porous concrete cement surface buildup, and the walls are painted white with

latex paint/

Roof truss if made of hard wood assembled trusses, with gauge 26 galvanized corrugated sheet used

as roofing.

The project is located in the extreme right side of the Power Plant lot area.
