Firmware Upgrade Firmware Upgrade Instruction Note: Wrong operation may make the device fail to work, please know and make the below preparations before upgrade,

1. Please back up your files in the device, we will not responsible for any

loss as a result of data lost. 2. Please dont disconnect the USB cable during upgrading. 3. You are recommended to close other software of the PC, especially the

anti-virus software, to avoid interference from them 4. Please check if the USB port works well before operation, you could

download or upload a music file to test that.

5. Found new hardware should be pop up when connecting the device with PC, or it can not be upgraded, please contact the local distributor in this case, please dont dismantle the device yourself.

Operation Guide

A): Run the update tool

Click the Update button in the CE ROM to run the tool, as shown in below picture

Click button to add the firmware file from the CD ROM, which named with suffix xx .img . xximg, as shown in below picture

B): Start upgrade Make sure the device is turned off(The blue LED indicator on the top right of the device must be off),long press the Volume button without releasing and connect the device with PC by USB cable, make sure they are well connected then you could release the volume button, then short press the power button for 3 times. Note: If the PC USB port has not been installed the MID driver before, a window will pop up to require install the driver, the USB driver tool is in the UsbDriver fold of the CD ROM, as shown in below picture

Click Continue Anyway

Installation finished

Click Syupdate button and wait

Update success

Click back
