USA Anadarko – Maverick 12-inch Cotulla Oil Pipeline UPI provided GIS mapping, pipeline engineering, alignment sheets, bid package support, piping drawings for MLVs and Launcher / Receiver; preliminary schedules, procurement support, as-built data and job book creation for this DOT project; a 12-inch oil pipeline installed in Dimmit and LaSalle counties of South Texas. Centurion – Midland Station to Alon Refinery Project UPI provided EPCM services for 3.5 miles of crude oil pipeline, pump and meter stations and related facilities. Express Pipeline – Canada to WY Pipeline UPI provided detailed engineering design, preliminary and as-built survey, material procurement, drafting and construction management services for the proposed 515 miles, 24-inch crude oil pipeline project in Montana and Wyoming. This work included technical support for right-of-way acquisition and environmental permitting. Houston Fuel Oil Terminal – Houston Ship Channel Crude Oil Pipeline Project UPI provided project management, detailed engineering, right-of-way, permitting, survey, drafting, and construction inspection on 11 miles of 24-inch crude oil pipeline with pigging facilities in the highly congested Houston Ship Channel area. Work included design of four (4) directional drill crossings including a Ship Channel crossing of 4,300 feet. Houston Lighting & Power – Fuel Oil & Natural Gas Conversion Project UPI provided services for converting an 87 mile fuel oil pipeline to natural gas service over a short time period. This pipeline is routed to seven (7) HL&P electrical power change plants including three plants in the Houston Ship Channel area. Project involved permitting, piping modifications for compliance with applicable governmental codes and standards, and performance of hydrostatic and other safety related tasks. Minnesota Pipe Line Company - MinnCan Project UPI provided project management, survey, detailed engineering, GIS, construction management and inspection services, for 304 miles of 24-inch crude oil pipeline from the Flint Hills Resources Refinery to Clearbrook, Minnesota. The pipeline was operated by Koch Pipeline Company and was completed in 2008.

Phillips 66 – Old Ocean Fractionators Pipeline UPI provided FEED, detailed engineering and procurement services for the addition of 21 new products pipelines between Mont Belvieu, Sweeny and Freeport, Texas for a composite length of over 200 miles. Pipeline lengths and diameters range from 14 to 82 miles and from 8 to 20 inches, respectively. The longest pipeline segment is the 18-inch pipeline from Sweeny to Mont Belvieu. The project included the related pipeline facilities (meters and pumps) at multiple interconnect locations along the route. The new pipeline network will transport hydrocarbon liquids ranging from Y-Grade product, Butane, Propane, Ethane, C5+ with batching capabilities for multiple products. Pipeline routing challenges in and around Mont Belvieu and Sweeny included installing an 18-inch pipeline within an existing pipeline corridor that is densely congested, and laying six (6) parallel pipelines adjacent to existing pipelines.

Phillips 66 – Midstream Eagle Ford Crude Oil Pipeline System FEL I & II This project had been direct awarded as a result of performance on the Old Ocean Fractionator Pipeline’s project (above). Project featured transportation of processed condensates, raw condensates and crude. Key project featured a composite length of approximately 230 miles of 18-inch, 20-inch and 24-inch pipe with 6 pump stations containing storage capacity. Storage tank sizes ranged from 50K bbl to 200k bbl. Moreover, project contained as many as 50 receipt or delivery meters.

Southeast (SE) Asia Crude Oil Pipeline and Facility Study UPI performed crude oil pipeline system feasibility study and developed the cost estimate for an international energy company. The proposed pipeline system was to provide imported crude oil to proposed refinery. Scope of study included 100 mile, large diameter pipeline, single point mooring (SPM) offshore unloading facility, onshore crude oil storage, metering facilities and pump stations. Spectra Energy - Express Pipeline Expansion FEED UPI provided FEED for 785 miles of 24-inch diameter pipe transporting crude oil from Hardisty, Alberta to Casper, Wyoming. Pipeline accompanied by ten (10) storage tanks along with 19 pump stations with over 156,000HP. UPI performed all engineering work required to get to a Level 4 TIC FEED design, estimates and schedule. The scope also included air emission calculations to assess the need for requesting modifications to existing air permits.

Sun Pipeline Company – Sun Mid-Valley Conversion UPI provided engineering and design for 40 miles of 24-inch refined products pipeline, the conversion of 173 miles of 30-inch natural gas pipeline to products pipeline service and the conversion of 838 miles of 20-inch and 22-inch crude oil pipeline to products service. Project included construction of one new pump station, rebuilding of 22 existing pump stations and construction of three (3) terminals. TransCanada - Express Pipeline Project UPI performed preliminary and detailed pipeline routing, FEED engineering, detailed engineering design including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valves, scraper trap facilities layout, future pump stations pipeline layouts, preliminary survey, construction survey, and as-built survey, alignment sheets in AutoCAD format, mapping, technical support right-of-way acquisition sketches and environmental permitting, certified land plats, material procurement, drafting and construction management and inspection services for 515 miles of 24-inch crude oil pipeline project from the Canadian border through Montana and ending in Casper Wyoming. Project started in 1995 with construction completed in 1997 and as-built work completed in 1997. TransCanada - Keystone Pipeline Project (Phase I) UPI provided preliminary and detailed pipeline routing, FEED engineering support, detailed engineering including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valve and scraper facilities layouts and designs, preliminary survey, construction survey, and as-built survey. UPI supplied alignment sheets in GIS and AutoCAD format, mapping, right-of-way acquisition land sketches, certified land plats, construction management, inspection, and procurement support services for 1,600 miles of 30-inch heavy crude pipeline from the Canadian border to Cushing, OK, with a pipeline to Patoka, Illinois. The interstate project crosses North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Nebraska and Montana. Project started in 2005 with construction completed in 2009 and as built survey work completed in 2010.

TransCanada - Keystone Pipeline / Cushing Extension Project (Phase II) UPI provided preliminary and detailed pipeline routing, FEED engineering support, detailed engineering including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valve and scraper facilities layouts and designs, preliminary survey, construction survey, and as-built survey. UPI supplied alignment sheets in GIS and AutoCAD format, mapping, right-of-way acquisition land sketches, certified land plats, construction management, inspection, and procurement support services for 297 miles of 36-inch heavy crude pipeline. The interstate project crosses Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Project started in 2008 with construction completed in 2010 and as built survey work completed in 2011. TransCanada - Keystone XL Pipeline / Gulf Coast Project (Phase III) UPI provided preliminary and detailed pipeline routing, FEED engineering support, detailed engineering including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valve and scraper facilities layouts and designs, preliminary survey, construction survey, and as-built survey. UPI supplied alignment sheets in GIS and AutoCAD format, mapping, right-of-way acquisition land sketches, certified land plats,

construction management, and inspection for TransCanada for 484 miles of 36-inch heavy crude pipeline from Cushing, Oklahoma to the TX Gulf Coast near Beaumont.

TransCanada - Keystone XL Pipeline / US Steele City Project (Phase IV) UPI provided feasibility study, preliminary and detailed pipeline routing, FEED engineering support, and detailed engineering oversight including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valve and scraper facilities layouts and designs, preliminary survey, GIS, and mapping. UPI provided the as-built survey once approval was granted in the US. The pipeline was 855 miles of 36-inch heavy crude pipeline for TransCanada, from Montana/Canadian Border near Morgan, Montana to Steele City, Nebraska. Project is currently on hold for Presidential Permit approval.

TransCanada – Patoka to St. James FEED Study UPI provided a FEED Study, and provided a TIC estimate for a 633 mile, 30-inch crude oil pipeline. US Department of Energy – Strategic Petroleum Reserves Project – Port Arthur UPI provided services for a joint venture project with Michael Curran & Associates, Inc. to provide turnkey design and installation of 24.5 miles of 36-inch crude oil pipeline near Nederland, Texas and 14.9 miles of 36-inch crude oil pipeline in Sulfur, Louisiana for the Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Services included engineering design, right-of-way, permitting, drafting, procurement, survey, construction management, inspection, and construction quality control.

Canada Deer Creek Energy Ltd. – Joslyn Sales Pipeline Project UPI provided initial routing, regulatory support, detailed design, procurement and construction support for the installation of 63 km of NPS 12 hot oil pipeline and NPS 8 diluent pipeline in northeast Alberta. The hot oil pipeline scope of work included strain-based design for the muskeg swamp conditions. Inter Pipeline Ltd. – Corridor Pipeline Expansion UPI provided EPCM services for 463 km of NPS 42 pipeline in northeast Alberta. The scope of services included detailed design, procurement, construction contract documentation, construction inspection, construction management, and engineering support during construction. The project included winter and summer construction through a range of muskeg swamp, rolling bushland, and developed farmland. Inter Pipeline Ltd. – Cold Lake Pipeline System UPI provided services for the multi-phase program to extend the reach and expand the capacity of the Cold Lake diluted bitumen pipeline system in Alberta, including more than 300 km of new NPS 42 and 36 pipelines. UPI provided services including routing studies, FEED and detailed design, procurement, construction contract document preparation, and engineering support during construction. Inter Pipeline Ltd. – Polaris Pipeline System UPI provided services for nearly 600 km of new pipelines up to NPS 30 to transport diluent from Edmonton to northern Alberta as part of a staged program to expand connectivity and capacity of the Polaris Pipeline System. UPI completed routing, FEED and detailed design, procurement, construction contract document preparation, and engineering support during construction. Kinder Morgan Canada – Trans Mountain Expansion Project UPI is providing routing studies, FEED and detailed design, and construction contract document preparation for 980 km of new NPS 36 pipeline to expand the Trans Mountain pipeline system between Edmonton, Alberta, and Burnaby, British Columbia. Kinder Morgan Canada – Trans Mountain Anchor Loop UPI completed routing, regulatory support, expert witness before the National Energy Board, detailed design, construction contract document preparation, and engineering support during construction for 160 km of NPS 30 and 36 pipeline through the Rocky Mountains of Alberta and British Columbia. The pipeline was designed for installation beside and under Highway 16, and beside the CP Rail mainline to minimize impact to the National and Provincial Parks. Pembina Pipeline Corp. – Nipisi Pipeline UPI completed routing studies, detailed design, construction contract documentation, and engineering

support during construction for 100 km of NPS 24, 90 km of NPS 20, and 145 km of NPS 8 diluent and high

temperature diluted blend oil pipelines in northwest Alberta.

Pembina Pipeline Corp. – Cornerstone Pipeline UPI provided routing studies, FEED and detailed design services for a new 320 km dual NPS 30/20 pipeline system, including pump stations and custody transfer metering to transport diluent and diluted bitumen between Conklin and Edmonton in Alberta. The project was placed on hold in September 2014. Plains Midstream Canada ULC – Indigo Pipeline Project UPI provided FEED and detailed engineering services for a new 130 km dual NPS 24/12 pipeline system to transport blended bitumen, condensate and butane between the existing Plains Nipisi Terminal near Utikuma Lake and Shell’s Carmon Creek Central Processing Facility, located east of Peace River in Alberta. UPI’s scope includes design of all pipeline, pump station and metering facilities for the new system.

USA Alliance – Natural Gas Pipeline Project UPI provided route selection, FEED, FERC filing, cost estimating, detailed engineering design, drafting, survey, mapping, procurement services, project management and construction inspection, for the 888 mile U.S. portion 36-inch Alliance natural gas pipelines project. UPI provided services for both the pipeline and the compressor stations required for the project. Two unique aspects of the project are the transportation of natural gas in a high-pressure dense phase and the use of automatic welding machines for pipeline construction, which was a first for onshore cross-country pipeline construction in the U.S. American Pipeline Company – APC Pipeline Systems Project UPI provided complete engineering services for two cross-country pipelines installed by American Pipeline Company. The Webb-Duval System consists of approximately 160 miles of natural gas transmission line, a turbine powered compressor station and numerous skid mounted custody transfer meter stations. Universal also provided project management, detailed engineering, drafting, survey inspection and start-up assistance for the project. The Panola Rusk System consists of approximately 100 miles of natural gas transmission line, two compressor stations, skid mounted custody transfer measurement stations and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System.

BP Amoco – Inter – Jordan Gas Gulf of Aqaba Crossing UPI provided preliminary design, cost estimation, route selection, contractor, evaluation and assistance with permitting and environmental considerations for the installation of a 30-inch pipeline crossing the Gulf of Aqaba between Egypt and Jordan and a 24-inch pipeline between Aqaba and Amman, Jordan. The project included laterals to various industrial customers and preliminary design for a compressor station located near Aqaba, Jordan. The project was designed to supply Egyptian natural gas to power plant and industrial facilities within the Kingdom of Jordan. The Gulf of Aqaba at the crossing location is approximately 13.1 kilometers in width and 900 meters deep. When installed, the crossing would have been the deepest 30-inch pipeline crossing in the world. The pipeline between Aqaba and Amman is approximately 330 kilometers in length. The total project length including laterals is 720 kilometers. UPI worked closely with BP in obtaining the necessary permits that satisfied both the Egyptian and Jordanian governments.

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners - Gulf Crossing Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, engineering design, mapping, drafting and project management for 357 miles of 42-inch high pressure natural gas pipeline extended from Sherman, Texas to Tallulah, Louisiana. The project also included two (2) compressor stations in Texas and two compressor stations in Louisiana and five meter stations for the measurement and delivery of gas transported within the new pipeline system.

Bastrop Energy Partners, LP UPI provided EPC contract to manage and design a 20-inch supply gas pipeline to feed a new power generation facility in central Texas. The pipeline was four miles long. Project services included Project Management, ROW Acquisition, Engineering, Design and Drafting, GPS Survey, Mapping Services, Direction Drill Analysis, Construction Management, and Material Procurement.

Bayer Corporation UPI provided project management, engineering, drafting, survey, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, material procurement, contractor selection, construction management, inspection, as-built, and start-up assistance for construction of 7.2 miles of 24-inch treated industrial water pipeline. UPI also prepared feasibility, budget, and control estimates and performed hydraulic analysis, detail routing, HDD design, diffuser location and design. UPI conducted permitting consultations with all appropriate local and government agencies.

Big Sandy Pipeline Project UPI provided project management, engineering design, drafting, survey, procurement, right-of-way services and construction management for 40 miles of 18-inch pipeline to connect Caithness Energy’s proposed power plant near Kingman, Arizona. Cincinnati Gas & Electric – KY Gas Storage UPI provided a feasibility study, engineering and GPS control survey and preliminary survey for the 80 mile natural gas transmission pipeline in Eastern Kentucky. Preliminary mapping and profile of the pipeline route was performed utilizing data collectors and computer transfer of the information to UPI’s Houston office for drafting.

Cold Peru LNG – CAMISEA Jungle Loop Risk Assessment UPI provided a risk assessment for the 155 kilometer of 32-inch and 24-inch natural gas pipeline in the jungle of Peru.

Duke-Texas Eastern – Arkoma Pipeline System UPI provided survey and engineering services for over 362 miles of 36-inch pipeline planned for the Arkoma System proposed to FERC.

Enbridge – Vector Pipeline Project UPI provided detailed engineering design, mapping, route selection, estimates, FERC application support, field survey, right-of-way acquisition, material procurement, project management, construction management, inspection, and start-up assistance services, for the 270 mile, 42-inch natural gas pipeline from Chicago, Illinois to Dawn, Ontario, Canada.

Enbridge – DC Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, right-of-way support, non-environmental permitting support, environmental permitting support, engineering/design, mapping, drafting, material management, construction contract management, startup and commissioning, as-builts and archiving for 270 miles of 36-inch natural gas pipeline from Bethel, Texas to Bridge City, Texas with a 24-inch lateral line from Crockett, Texas, including three (3) major pipeline interconnects and two (2) major compressor stations.

Enbridge – CFE Waha to Presidio & Waha to San Elizario UPI provided Pre-FEED and unclassified TIC Estimate in support of Enbridge’s bid to CFE. Project included high/low pressure header system, compression, 190 mile and 150 mile 42-inch natural gas pipelines with associated metering as well as HDD border crossing into Mexico. EnCana Oil & Gas – Piceance Gathering Pipeline UPI provided FEED, survey and inspection for 54 miles of 66-inch natural gas pipeline in Western Colorado.

Energy Transfer East Texas Ext. Project The project was designed to connect three (3) treating plants and transport gas volumes to Grimes County to interconnect with an existing 30-inch ETC pipeline to Katy. UPI was responsible for design of 84 miles of 24-inch /30-inch /36-inch pipeline with a MAOP of 1080 PSIG. UPI designed and oversaw the installation of three (3) ultrasonic meter stations, 30-inch and 36-inch launcher and receivers capable of ILI smart pigging operations and required mainline block valve assemblies. Project team responsible for right-of-way acquisition, environmental permitting, survey (centerline, property corner, construction staking and as-built), preparation of regulatory filings, mapping, certified plats, pipeline and station engineering and design, HDD design, procurement, non-environmental permitting, Contractor bid evaluation and selection recommendation, project management, construction inspection, construction management and closure packages.

EnCana Oil & Gas – Rockies Express West UPI provided EPCM services for 134 miles of 36-inch gas pipeline. Responsibilities included construction management of two spreads and two mainline contractors with QA/QC of the construction.

Energy Transfer – North Side Loop Project UPI provided engineering, design, HDD design, non-environmental permitting, project management assistance and procurement assistance. The project provided a loop for the north side of Denton to move Barnett Shell volumes to Atmos Energy to serve the rapidly developing areas north of Denton in Collins and Denton Counties. UPI was responsible for the design of 43 miles of 30-inch pipeline with a MAOP of 1000 PSIG. UPI provided engineering and design services for three (3) ultrasonic meter stations, 30-inch launcher and receivers capable of ILI smart pigging operations and required main line block valve assemblies. Project team was responsible for coordination of design efforts between Atmos Energy and Energy Transfer.

Enterprise Products – Sherman Extension Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, GIS, construction management and inspection, detailed design, and procurement services for 178 miles of 36-inch diameter pipeline and two electric drive compressor stations. The pipeline originates at a central delivery point on Enterprise’s Texas intrastate pipeline system near Morgan Mill, Texas and extends through the center of the current Barnett Shale development area to Sherman, Texas where it connects with Boardwalk's 42-inch Gulf Crossing Expansion. There are interconnects with seven major interstate pipelines, including the Transcontinental Pipeline Company system that accesses markets in the Northeast. The project was completed in 2009 and will provide up to 1.1 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of transportation capacity for natural gas production from the growing Barnett Shale area of North Texas.

Enterprise Products – Conway Pipeline Project UPI provided AFE estimate for 180 mile 12-inch pipeline project including Multiple Compression and Metering Stations and Associated Equipment.

Enron – Phase III Expansion Project UPI provided survey services for an as-built centerline survey of approximately 600 miles of natural gas pipeline in the State of Florida, utilizing GPS technology and equipment. Centerline plats and descriptions were prepared for property in each county. This field and office work was completed in seven (7) weeks.

Escambia Partners – Escambia Partners Limited Pipeline System UPI provided project management, engineering, survey, drafting, inspection and right of-way acquisition services for the design and installation of 16 miles of 4-inch sour gas gathering system, three (3) compressor stations and 10 miles of fuel gas pipeline for a sour gas gathering and transportation system in southern Alabama.

Florida Gas Transmission – Phase III, V, VI, VII Projects UPI provided survey, detailed engineering design, construction management, and inspection services for hundreds of miles of various diameter natural gas pipelines for FGT’s Phase III, V, VI, VII, and Turnpike replacement projects. The projects included 200+ miles of natural gas pipeline for Phase V and VI for various looping sections of the FGT Pipeline as well as completing Phase VI and VII of the FGT Compressor Stations including the Turkey Point Compressor Station in Miami, Florida. The projects were completed throughout 2007-2008. Florida Gas Transmission – Phase VIII Project UPI provided FERC filling, detailed engineering design, as-built drawings, construction management, and inspection services for 240 miles of 24-inch, 30-inch, and 36-inch pipeline and 10 compressor stations with 15 compressor units from Mississippi to Florida. Project was completed in 2010.

Florida Power & Light –South East Connection UPI provided as – built survey, mapping, project management, detailed engineering and design services for 125 miles of 30-inch - 36-inch FERC pipeline of natural gas from South Orlando to Martin Power Plant in southern Florida. Gulf South – East Texas to Mississippi Expansion Project UPI provided survey, engineering design, mapping, drafting and project management for 240 miles of 42-inch high pressure natural gas pipeline. The pipeline extended from Keatchie, Louisiana to Harrisville, Mississippi with three (3) compressor stations located in Panola County, Texas, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana and Madison Parish, Louisiana. The project included five (5) meter stations for the measurement of receipt and delivery of natural gas transported. Kentucky Utilities – E.W. Brown Combustion Turbine Natural Gas Pipeline UPI provided engineering services for an approximately 11 mile, 20-inch natural gas pipeline from tie-ins to Texas Eastern's and Tennessee Gas' existing pipelines to Kentucky Utilities' E. W. Brown Power Plant. Facilities include measurement, flow control, separation, pigging and pressure reduction equipment.

Kinder Morgan – 42-inch Rockies Express Pipeline Project UPI provided construction management, inspection, as-builts, engineering design, drafting, material specification, material procurement, and issued IFB and IFC drawings for 135 miles of 36-inch pipeline and 192 miles of the 42-inch pipeline in Colorado and Wyoming. The project was constructed in two (2) spreads in late 2006 and placed in service in January 2007. Kinder Morgan – Texas Pipeline UPI provided engineering for the rehabilitation of 36 miles of Kinder Morgan’s 16-inch, 18-inch, and 20-inch pipeline segment, which stretches from Sugar Land, Texas to the inlet of the Shell Refinery in Deer Park, Texas. Project highlights included replacing extensive pipe within city streets, directional drilling of Interstate 45 and the Lyondell refinery, and project completion on schedule with tropical storm Allison impacting a large portion of the project area. Received an additional award of engineering, survey, and drafting services for Kinder Morgan’s North Texas Pipeline Project.

Koch – MinnCan Pipeline UPI provided engineering and construction management of 204 miles of 20-inch products pipeline from the Flint Hills Resources Refinery to Clearbrook, Minnesota. Kinder Morgan North Texas Pipeline UPI provided survey (centerline, property corner, construction staking, as-built), mapping, certified plat development, pipeline and station engineering and design, HDD design, procurement assistance, non-environmental permitting, Contractor bid evaluation and selection recommendation and project management. The project was 80 miles of 30-inch pipe with a MAOP of 1030 PSIG. UPI was responsible for design of two (2) ultrasonic meter stations both capable of 400 MMSCFD, modifications to an existing compressor station to permit flow into the new pipeline system, main line block valve and ILI capable launcher/receivers.

Martin North Natural Gas – Pipeline Projects UPI provided turnkey project management, engineering design, route selection, survey, material/construction specifications, and construction management services on 23 miles of 20-inch natural gas pipeline and delivery facilities to connect FP&L's Martin Gas generation Plant to Florida Gas Transmission Company in Martin County, Florida. The facilities included pig trap, separation, pressure reduction and SCADA equipment. NET Midstream – NET Mexico Project UPI provided detailed engineering, survey, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services for a project in South Texas consisting of 120 miles of 42-inch and 48-inch natural gas pipeline, with a

capacity of 2.1 BSCFD, originating near Agua Dulce, Texas terminating near Rio Grande City, Texas. The project included the mainline, compressor station and metering facilities. UPI managed the ROW and Environment subcontractors. NET Midstream – NET Mexico Project Phase II UPI provided detailed engineering for three (3) short interconnect pipelines with associated metering and two (2) compressor stations totaling approximately 15,000 Hp. Northern Border – Looping Project UPI performed GPS survey for control and preliminary survey for 600 miles of 36-inch pipeline loop sections in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois.

PGT/PG&E – Expansion Project UPI provided survey and mapping services for 844 miles of 36-inch and 42-inch natural gas pipeline performed under subcontract to Bechtel Corporation. Field operations were performed by as many as ten (10) survey crews in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and California. Mapping work included over 173 alignment sheets, 310 plats, 1224 environmental exhibits, and 240 permit drawings.

Puget Sound Energy – Gas Supply UPI provided engineering design, drafting, route selection, surveying, material specifications and procurement, project management and start-up assistance services for 10 miles of 16-inch and 20-inch natural gas pipeline, four (4) meter/regulator station interconnects and an M/R station delivery point. All work was inner city construction in Washington. Project was an EPC contract and required our association with a pipeline construction contractor.

Puget Sound Energy – Kittitas Phase 2 UPI provided EPCM services for 22 miles of 12-inch pipeline from Thorp, Washington to near South Cle Elum, Washington. Final route was in highway road way.

Questar Energy - TransColorado Pipeline Project UPI provided route selection, preliminary and as-built survey, engineering design, drafting, material procurement, project management, construction management, inspection, and start-up assistance services for the 292 mile, 22-inch interstate natural gas pipeline system from Colorado to Kansas.

Regency Energy Partners – North Louisiana Enhancement Project UPI provided engineering design right-of-way acquisition, environmental permitting, survey, preparation of regulatory filings, mapping, certified plats, procurement, non-environmental permitting, contractor bid evaluation, project management, construction inspection, and construction management for the pipelines and multiple meter stations,. The project was designed to loop approximately 50 miles of existing North Louisiana assets and to construct approximately 80 miles of a 30-inch header to connect multiple interstate and intrastate pipelines to transport north Louisiana production to market, and a 10,000 Hp mainline compressor station.

Regency Gas Services – Winnsboro Header UPI provided EPCM services for 80 Miles of 30-inch Pipeline with associated equipment in Louisiana.

Sempra Pipelines – Cameron Interstate Pipeline UPI provided the detailed engineering and design of natural gas facility projects in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The project encompassed expanding the throughput of two (2) existing meter stations and the addition of one (1) new meter station. Total capacity to deliver 2.4 BSCFD in the future. Also included is a 3.5 mile, 36-inch pipeline with the capacity to flow a minimum of 920 MMSCFD with MAOP of 1440 Psig. Project includes installing over pressure protection, storing liquid, installing check meters, and performing custody transfer measurements including survey, geotechnical investigation and AC Mitigation. The project required preparing design data, installing launcher and receivers, pipeline tie-in, separators, meter runs,

Spectra – Access/Adair Project UPI provided preliminary engineering, FERC document preparation, detailed engineering, and permit application preparation. The project was a two (2) 36-inch natural gas pipeline looped in the Ohio area, 13 miles and 5 miles in length respectively, station connections, and the removal of an existing launcher/receiver and relocating to an existing compressor station site. Spectra – Lebanon Project UPI provided preliminary engineering, FERC document preparation, detailed engineering, and permit application preparation. The project was a 36-inch natural gas pipeline loop in the Ohio area of approximately 2 miles in length. Spectra – TEAL Loop Project UPI provided preliminary engineering, FERC document preparation, detailed engineering, and permit application preparation. The project was a 36-inch natural gas pipeline loop in the Ohio area of approximately 4.5 miles in length, and included the removal of an existing launcher/receiver on east end and installing on west end of project.

Spectra Valley Crossing Pipeline UPI is providing FEED, detailed engineering, and survey for a 150 mile onshore and offshore natural gas pipeline from Southwest Texas to Mexico with over 300,000 Hp of compression. The pipeline includes 42-inch and 48-inch pipe and is designed for over 2 BSCFD to CFE at international water crossing.

Spectra – Nexus UPI is providing survey, routing and inspection for a new 250 mile greenfield, 42-inch natural gas pipeline. The pipeline is designed for up to 2.0 BSCFD from various pipeline interconnects in eastern Ohio, to a hub in southeastern Michigan for delivery to a variety of markets including; Ohio, Michigan, Chicago, and Ontario.

Spectra Valley Crossing UPI is providing FEED, detailed engineering, design, and survey for a 493 mile natural gas pipeline from Southwest Texas to Mexico with over 300,000 Hp of compression. The pipeline includes 36-inch, 42-inch, and 48-inch pipe.

Swift Energy – High Pressure Gas Backbone UPI provided project management, detail engineering and design, procurement support, construction management and inspection services for the installation of three (3) miles of 6-inch bi-directional high-pressure natural gas pipeline system including interconnecting five (5) existing production facilities and two (2) new compression facilities. The pipeline system is located in Swift Energy Company’s Lake Washington Field in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company- West-East Pipeline Project UPI provided project management, field survey, right-of-way, and mapping services for the 223 mile, 36-inch West-East Pipeline Project in Louisiana and Mississippi. Survey and mapping work included preliminary alignment, right-of-way requirements, environmental/archaeological provisions and exhibits, and construction planning. Services were coordinated from a field office in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

TransCanada – Bison Pipeline UPI provided detailed engineering oversight including crossing designs, support to HDD designs, all above-ground valve and scraper facilities layouts and designs, and performed as-built survey, mapping, environmental permit technical support, construction management and inspection services for 303 miles of 30-inch natural gas pipeline in Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota. The project was completed in 2011.

Transwestern Pipeline Company – Phoenix Lateral Project UPI provided detailed design of 63 miles of 42-inch pipeline, and construction management, inspection, materials handling, and survey services for 270 miles of 42-inch products pipeline in New Mexico and Arizona. The project was completed in 2009.

Transwestern Pipeline Company – Red Rock Expansion UPI provided construction management, as-built survey, and inspection services for 150 miles of 30-inch and 36-inch gas transmission pipeline from Gallup to Farmington, New Mexico and 25 miles of 36-inch gas pipeline from Topak, Arizona to Needles, California which included three (3) major river crossings.

Trident NGL – Enron Cypress Pipeline Project UPI performed survey and mapping work for the Mont Belvieu, Texas to Lake Charles, Louisiana 104 mile Cypress Pipeline Project to the Westlake Petrochemicals Ethylene Plant. Work included preliminary alignment construction, as-built survey and mapping.

Tuscarora Pipeline Ltd. – Tuscarora Gas Transmission Project UPI provided engineering design, preliminary survey, mapping, material procurement, and inspection services for 230 miles of 20-inch natural gas pipeline, launcher/receiver, measurement, and SCADA facilities in Nevada and California. Williams – Sunstone Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, GIS/GPS, project management, feasibility study, engineering, FEED, and FERC for 600 miles of 42-inch (and variations for 30-inch and 36-inch) natural gas pipeline from Opal, Wyoming to Stanfield, Oregon and two (2)compressor stations, all in support of a FERC filing application.

Williams – Kern River Expansion UPI provided survey, mapping, and GIS for 682 miles of 36-inch pipeline from Evanston, Wyoming through Utah and Nevada to Mojave, California and 119 miles of 42-inch pipeline in California.

Williams Midstream -Big Ethane Project UPI provided engineering, design, survey, mapping, procurement support, project management and survey services for Williams’ Big Ethane Project. The work was completed for Phase 1 of a multiple phase project to increase Ethane capacity between Mont Belvieu, Texas and Geismer, Louisiana. The project included the design of several pipeline laterals, a 2.4 mile 12-inch pipeline in Lake Charles, Lousiana, and a meter station in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The design of the meter station had been coordinated with Williams’ EMC Facilities group in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Aux Sable Canada – Septimus Lateral Project UPI provided full EPCM services, including routing, detailed design, procurement, contracting, construction management and field inspection for the installation of 20 km of NPS 20 liquids rich natural gas pipeline to connect the Aux Sable Septimus Gas Plant to the Alliance Pipeline in Northeast British Columbia. Aux Sable Canada – Northern Montney (NorMon) Project UPI provided preliminary routing and capital cost estimating services for the proposed installation of 262 km of new pipeline to transport natural gas collected from gathering systems in northeast British Columbia to connections with existing natural gas pipeline infrastructure. BG North America, LLC – Prince Rupert Gas Pipeline Project UPI completed pre-feasibility analysis and screening assessment for five (5) potential pipeline routes for a new natural gas pipeline from Fort Nelson to a proposed Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export facility at Ridley Island near Prince Rupert in British Columbia. UPI then completed pre-FEED development of the selected route, including preliminary design, routing, and cost estimation for the planned 850 km of NPS 48 pipeline and all related facilities. CryoGas Engineering LLC – Project Orca UPI provided a feasibility assessment for the proposed installation of approximately 300 km of new onshore and offshore pipeline in order to deliver natural gas produced in the Horn River area of British Columbia to a proposed LNG export facility on Vancouver Island. Services provided by UPI included studying the feasibility of installing new onshore and offshore pipelines and assessing existing infrastructure, including nearly 2,000 km of existing pipeline in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. FortisBC Inc. – Eagle Mountain–Woodfibre Gas Pipeline Project UPI is providing routing studies, and FEED and detailed engineering services for a planned 48 km NPS 24 pipeline from the area north of the Coquitlam Watershed in the Greater Vancouver Regional District (Metro Vancouver) through difficult terrain to a planned LNG export facility at Woodfibre, southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. The offshore scope of work included studying a proposed crossing of the Howe Sound, including approximately 3.6 km of NPS 24 subsea pipeline. FortisBC Inc. (Terasen Gas Inc.) – Inland Pacific Connector Project UPI provided routing, FEED and regulatory support services for the proposed installation of 160 km of new NPS 24 natural gas pipeline from Yahk to Huntingdon in British Columbia to extend the Southern Crossing Pipeline from Oliver to the regional gas trading hub of Sumas, Washington. FortisBC Inc. (BC Gas) – Southern Crossing Pipeline

UPI provided EPCM services, including routing, detailed design, procurement, construction management, and inspection for 303 km of new NPS 24 high pressure gas pipeline across three mountain ranges in the southern interior of British Columbia. FortisBC Inc. (Terasen Gas Inc.) – Whistler Pipeline Project UPI provided preliminary routing, feasibility study and cost estimating services for the proposed installation of approximately 50 km of new NPS 8 natural gas pipeline from Squamish to Whistler in British Columbia in order to meet growing demand. Nexen Energy ULC – Aurora Pipeline Project UPI is providing preliminary route option analysis, route development of the selected option, and pre-FEED development for approximately 1,100 km of onshore NPS 42 and 100 km of offshore pipeline to deliver natural gas from northeast British Columbia to a proposed LNG export facility at Prince Rupert. UPI completed the hydraulic design for the system, pre-FEED development of the compressor stations and a capital cost estimate for the project.

The increased capacity of the system will deliver natural gas to LNG export facilities planned at Kitimat, British Columbia. Pacific Trail Pipeline – Pacific Trail Pipeline Project UPI provided preliminary feasibility, routing, FEED, regulatory support and detailed engineering (to IFB stage) for the planned 480 km of new NPS 42 pipeline to transport natural gas from Summit Lake through coastal mountain ranges to LNG export facilities planned at Kitimat, British Columbia. Plains Midstream Canada ULC – North Co-Ed Pipeline Project UPI provided detailed engineering services for the planned 33 km of High Vapour Pressure NPS 10 pipeline that will transport Natural Gas Liquids from the existing Co-Ed Pipeline System to the Plains Fort Saskatchewan processing facility. UPI’s scope included design of all pipeline, pump station and metering facilities for the new system. TransCanada PipeLines Ltd. – Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project UPI completed routing, FEED and detailed engineering services for approximately 766 km of new NPS 48 pipeline to transport natural gas from northeast British Columbia through difficult mountain terrain to proposed LNG export facilities on the Pacific Coast. The offshore scope of work included design of two unique shore pull installations for approximately 4 km each, including equipment and pipe access, pier design, special stringing rollers and bottom lay stability design. Other project facilities included the following (approximately): 8 block valves, 1 HDD, 2 meter stations, and 2 scraper traps.

Aux Sable Pipeline – CMS LA to ILL Conversion UPI conducted due diligence on 600+ mile 26" pipeline for conversion from gas to ethane service. Conducted due diligence on several rail pipelines adjacent to the Aux Sable plant. After purchase, developed and implemented pipeline integrity program that included I&L pigging, repairs, and hydrotesting.

Aux Sable Pipeline – Joliet Areas Pipeline Connections UPI provided full EPCM services on 15 miles of 8" propane pipeline that included 4,500 ft. HDD of Des Planes River.

Air Liquide - Motiva Hydrogen Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, engineering design, drafting/mapping, construction inspection, and material procurement assistance for installation of an 85-mile, 20” pipeline to transport hydrogen from Air Liquide's Bayport plant to Motiva's refinery in Port Arthur, TX. ROW acquisition services and environmental services were provided by sub-contractors working for UPI. Alignment drawings were prepared in Civil 3D and Land Development with CAD Overlay.

Aramco – Abqaiq / Ghawar Fields Desalting Project UPI provided FEED for 200 miles of high pressure water pipelines and high pressures pumps in Saudi Arabia. Bayer Corporation – Water Treatment Line UPI provided total project management services, including project management, engineering, drafting, survey, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, material procurement, contractor selection, construction management, inspection, as-built, and start-up assistance for construction of 7.2 miles of 24-inch treated industrial water pipeline. Universal also prepared feasibility, budget, and control estimates and performed hydraulic analysis, detail routing, HDD design, diffuser location and design. Universal conducted permitting consultations with all appropriate local and government agencies.

BP Pipelines – Anton Irish CO2 Pipeline Project UPI provided a feasibility study, FEED, and survey services for 45 miles of 8” CO2 pipeline from the Irish oilfield to Anton Station in West Texas. Denbury Resources – Delhi Project UPI provided detailed engineering design and coordinated the third party survey, environmental permitting, right-of-way acquisition services, and provided material procurement support for the expansion of an existing CO2 pipeline which included the installation of approximately 80 miles of 24” and 16” pipelines, including a 6,100 foot HDD crossing of the Mississippi River and a meter station near Dunn, Louisiana.

Denbury Resources – Green Pipeline UPI provided routing and cost estimates throughout various phases of the Green Pipeline Feasibility Study, including the feasibility study phases. The project consisted of 287 miles of 24” CO2 pipeline from Donaldsville, LA to Hastings Field, TX. The pipeline was designed to transport both natural and man-made (anthropogenic) CO2. The CO2, a greenhouse gas, was injected into oil reservoirs to recover additional crude oil.

Denbury Resources - Tinsley Project UPI implemented tertiary recovery operations in Tinsley Oil Field in Mississippi. The project consisted of 31 miles of 24" pipeline, pig launching and metering facilities at Trace Junction near Canton, MS, pig receiving and metering facilities at Tinsley Station, 1 mainline valve, and 1 tie-in to existing CO2 pipeline supply at Old Canton Road Junction. Route involves 24 road bores, 2 railroad bores, and 6 directional drills for a total of about 9,400 feet. Includes injection of CO2 into mature oil reservoir of Tinsley Field, CO2 supply originates from Jackson Dome facility, 50 miles east of Tinsley Field. Nearly pure carbon dioxide will be moved from Jackson Dome and CO2 dehydration facility at Gluckstat to Tinsley Field via 24" pipeline designed to operate at 1,800 psi and deliver up to 600MMCFD of CO2. Diamond Shamrock – Firewater Systems for LPG UPI performed engineering, procurement and construction management for Diamond Shamrock’s firewater system pipeline. The line was 5 miles long, 12-inch diameter, and located in Texas, USA.

Diamond Shamrock – Brine Pipeline Interconnect UPI performed engineering, procurement and construction management for Diamond Shamrock’s 3-miles, 20” brine transfer lines in Texas, USA. This line was designed with high-density polyethylene internal coating. Project included the design and procurement of two (2) 500 BHP pump units.

Diamond Shamrock – High Temperature Brine Pipeline UPI performed engineering, procurement and construction management for Diamond Shamrock’s high temperature, 1 mile, 16” brine transfer line in Texas. The line was internally coated with HDPE. Dome Pipeline - Huron River and Telegraph Road Replacement Project UPI performed Two pipeline replacements: 12-inch Cochin Pipeline (Cochin) and 12-inch Eastern Delivery System (EDS) at the crossing of the Huron River and Telegraph Rd.

Enterprise Products - Channelview to Mont Belvieu Pipeline Project UPI provided project management, engineering, survey, drafting, material procurement, right-of-way procurement assistance, and construction management services for the installation of a new 16” LPG pipeline from the Enterprise’s Channelview terminal to Mont Belvieu. The project included custody transfer measurement, satellite communications systems, PLC and flow computer programming, and SCADA system design, start up and commissioning.

Enterprise Oil – High Pressure Brine Disposal Pipeline UPI provided engineering, procurement and construction management for Enterprise Oil’s high-pressure brine disposal, 2-mile, 8-inch, internally coated pipeline in Texas, USA. Project included two (2) brine water transfer pump units (250 BHP). El Paso Midstream – Eagle Ford Gathering Multi-Phase Development The project consists of providing EPCM services to develop and build out several miles of gathering lines, interconnects and liquid handling facilities throughout LaSalle County. UPI provided survey engineering, design, environmental, and construction management services. Multi-phase projects consist of oil, gas, water and NGL systems. Formosa Plastics Corporation – Lavaca South UPI provided engineering, detailed design, survey and mapping, right of way services, procurement and construction management and inspection for 90 miles, 14-inch ethylene pipeline with 3 pump stations for Formosa Plastics Corporation. Pipeline was laid in the congested Southeast Texas pipeline corridor. Kinder Morgan Dry Gas Gathering Project UPI is providing engineering, design, mapping, and procurement support for metering facilities, transfer pumps, 3 new pump stations with associated operating facilities, station piping, one piping loop, pig traps and adding pipeline loops to accommodate the flow requirements of 1.73 BSCFD. Kinder Morgan Cortez Project UPI performed engineering, design, mapping, and procurement support for the expansion of the Kinder Morgan Cortez CO2 system. This includes 70 miles of 16” pipeline, five (5) green field pump stations, four (4) brown field pump stations, and four (4) miles of gathering lines. KinderMorgan – Lobos CO2 Pipeline FEED Project UPI provided FEED and now supporting KinderMorgan with engineering, design, mapping, and procurement support for a 220 mile 16” pipeline with three pump stations, that will transport super-critical carbon dioxide for enhance oil recovery operation in West Texas. The pipeline will originate near St. Johns, Arizona and will terminate near Albuquerque, New Mexico. Occidental Petroleum – Ecuador Produced Water Pipeline Project UPI performed engineering and procurement for Occidental’s 4-mile (each) produced water pipelines. The project was part of a larger gas oil separation plant (GOSP) project. The water was reinjected into field disposal wells at Ecuador’s Yuturi Oil Field. Project included the design and procurement of four (4) 500 – 1000 BHP produced water pump units

ONEOK NGL Gathering, LLC - Arbuckle Phase 2 Project UPI provided preliminary and as-built survey, GIS/GPS, mapping, detailed design, procurement, project management, construction management, and inspection for the 460 miles of 16” natural gas Liquids (NGL) pipeline from Velma, Oklahoma to Mont Belvieu, Texas.

OXYCHEM Petrochemicals Pipeline Company - Ethylene Pipeline Project UPI provided survey, engineering design, drafting, and complete procurement for all materials except the line pipe and end point metering facilities and instrumentation for 30 miles of 8” ethylene pipeline between Corpus Christi and Ingleside, Texas. Included in UPI’s scope of work was complete procurement for all materials except the line pipe and end point metering facilities and instrumentation turbine drive powered by gas. PetroSource Corporation – Wyoming CO2 Meter Project UPI provided EPCM services for 150 miles of 16” 2500 psig CO2 pipeline, metering, and regulatory stations for CO2 receipt and delivery.

Ridgeway – St. Johns CO2 Feasibility Study UPI provided engineering and GIS services throughout various phases of the St. Johns CO2 feasibility study, prospecting phase. The project consisted of 405 miles of 20” CO2 pipeline from St. Johns, AZ to Eastern NM. Facilities include two 2 unit compressor stations with a total of 20,000 BHP. Units are centrifugal. Seagull Quantum LPG Pipeline – Ethylene Pipeline Project UPI provided engineering design, preliminary survey and drafting services for the proposed 113 miles, 6-inch LPG pipeline project in Iowa and Illinois. This work includes technical support for environmental permitting and provision of over 300 landowner plats and descriptions for right-of-way acquisition.

Sun - MVPL Conversion Pipeline Project UPI performed engineering design, drafting, and project management, for the construction of 40 miles of 24” refined products pipeline, Conversion of 173 miles of 30” natural gas pipeline to products, service and conversion of 838 miles of 20” and 22” crude oil pipeline to products service between the Houston Ship Channel and Lima, Ohio. The project included construction of one new pump station, rebuilding of 22 existing pump stations, and construction of 3 terminals.

Troy Construction – Chevron Pipeline Projects UPI performed survey, mapping, and design of 15 miles of propylene pipeline from Seabrook to Texas City, Texas; 2 miles of 6-inch propylene pipeline including a 6-inch directional drilled pipeline crossing of the Houston Ship Channel in Galena Park and Pasadena, Texas; 4 miles of 10-inch LPG pipeline near Fannet, Texas; and other miscellaneous projects in the Houston Ship Channel area.

Williams Midstream - Purity Program (Gumbo) UPI performed engineering, design, survey, mapping, procurement support, project management and construction management services for several Williams’ Purity Program projects in the Mont Belvieu and Port Lavaca area of Texas. These projects varied in line size, product, and facilities and consisted of Greenfield and Brownfield work. The cumulative length of pipe is well over 200 miles, numerous launchers/receivers and numerous meter stations. UPI was contracted by Williams to perform FEED work for Gumbo Projects A-D.

Project A – Construct and commission a DOT part 195 compliant isobutane 25 mile pipeline system with 7 custody transfer meters, 8 pig traps, and 7 mainline valve stations to connect isobutane supply from Lonestar in Mont Belvieu to customers in the upper Houston Ship Channel area.

Project B – Construct and commission a 2,360 MM#/Year, 1350 psig MOP, DOT 195 compliant 48 mile ethylene pipeline system with 11 custody transfer meters, 14 pig traps, and 13 mainline valve systems to transport ethylene between the Williams hub in Mont Belvieu and customers in Port Arthur and the Houston Ship Channel.

Project C –Construct and commission a 2,210 MM#/Year, 660 psig MOP, DOT 195 compliant 41 mile propylene pipeline system with 9 custody transfer meters, 18 pig traps, and 9 mainline valve stations to transport propylene between Williams’ hub in Mont Belvieu and customers in LaPorte, Baytown, and the Houston Ship Channel.

Project D –Construct and commission a 1,200 MM#/Year, 660 psig MOP, DOT 195 compliant 136 mile propylene pipeline system with 4 custody transfer meters, 1 Williams delivery check meter station, 6 pig traps, 1 pump station, and 9 mainline valve stations to transport propylene from Formosa at Port Lavaca, TX, to Ineos (Port Lavaca) and Braskem (Seadrift), to Williams’ hub expansion from Project C.

FortisBC Inc. – Valley ridge NPS 10 Class Upgrade UPI is providing EPCM services for the replacement of approximately 750 meters of existing NPS 10 pipeline in order to upgrade the pipeline to comply with residential area classification requirements in a recently expanded urban area near Squamish, BC. Gibson Energy Inc. – Hardisty Highway and Rail Crossings UPI provided detailed engineering and permit application support services for the installation of four new pipeline crossings under an existing highway and rail line near Hardisty, Alberta. The pipelines ranged in size from NPS 4 to 24. Inter Pipeline Ltd. – Polaris Pipeline JACOS/Nexen Hangingstone Diluent Connection UPI provided FEED, detailed engineering, and procurement services for the installation of approximately 1.5 km of new NPS 6 pipeline to transport diluent from the Hangingstone Pump Station to the JACOS/Nexen Hangingstone production facility. The scope also included diluent receipt facilities, pig launcher and receiver, and mainline valves. Inter Pipeline Ltd. – Polaris Pipeline AOC Hangingstone Diluent Connection UPI provided FEED, detailed engineering, and procurement services for the installation of approximately 7 km of new NPS 6 pipeline to transport diluent from the Hangingstone Pump Station to the Athabasca Oil Corp. (AOC) Hangingstone production facility. The scope also included diluent receipt facilities, pig launcher and receiver, and mainline valves. Kinder Morgan Canada – Jet Fuel Line Relocation UPI provided FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction support services for the relocation of an existing section of NPS 6 pipeline near the Vancouver International Airport. The project included pipeline construction by open cut and Horizontal Directional Drill methods and hot tap installation to facilitate tie-in of the new pipeline to the existing system. Kinder Morgan Canada – McLeod River Crossing Replacement UPI provided FEED, detailed engineering, and procurement services for the replacement of approximately 700 meters of existing NPS 24 pipeline under the McLeod River in British Columbia, utilizing a Horizontal Directional Drill for the installation of the new pipeline. MEG Energy Corp. – Stonefell Pipeline Project UPI provided detailed engineering and construction support services for the installation of a new NPS 30 diluted bitumen pipeline and a new NPS 16 diluent pipeline to connect the Stonefell Terminal to the Access Pipeline system, a length of approximately 2.5 km. Pembina Pipeline Corp. – Henday Drive Pipe Relocation UPI provided detailed engineering services for the relocation of existing pipeline infrastructure, required to accommodate the construction of Anthony Henday Drive near Edmonton, Alberta. Pembina Pipeline Corp. – Namao to RFS Pipeline UPI provided engineering services from FEED through construction support, along with procurement and permit application support services for the installation of approximately 30 km of new dual NPS 24/16 pipeline north of Edmonton. The project also included custody transfer metering facilities for each pipeline and various other facilities modifications to tie-in the new pipelines. Pembina Pipeline Corp. – Judy Creek Pipeline UPI provided FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction Support and Field Engineering for the installation of 12 km of new dual High Vapour Pressure C2+ pipelines. The project also included

Plains Midstream Canada ULC – Indigo Pipeline Project UPI provided FEED and detailed engineering services for a new 130 km dual NPS 24/12 pipeline system to transport blended bitumen, condensate and butane between the existing Plains Nipisi Terminal near Utikuma Lake and Shell’s Carmon Creek Central Processing Facility, located east of Peace River in Alberta. UPI’s scope includes design of all pipeline, pump station and metering facilities for the new system. Plains Midstream Canada ULC – North Co-Ed Pipeline Project UPI provided detailed engineering services for the planned 33 km of High Vapour Pressure NPS 10 pipeline that will transport Natural Gas Liquids from the existing Co-Ed Pipeline System to the Plains Fort Saskatchewan processing facility. UPI’s scope included design of all pipeline, pump station and metering facilities for the new system. Plains Midstream Canada – North Co-Ed Pipeline Project UPI provided EPCM Services and regulatory application support for the installation of approximately 33 km of new NPS 12 High Vapour Pressure Pipeline located in the crowded Transportation/Utility Corridor in northeast Edmonton. The project also includes a new initiating pump station, sending and receiving traps, and metering facilities. Syncrude Canada – Intersite Corridor Route Change UPI provided route selection and feasibility study services for the relocation of existing infrastructure to allow for the westward expansion of Syncrude’s Albian Sands mine. The existing infrastructure included two (2) 260 kV power transmission lines, one (1) NPS 36 froth pipeline, one (1) NPS 30 water pipeline, one (1) NPS 14 natural gas pipeline, fiber optic telecommunication lines, and a site access road in a common right-of-way. Williams Energy Canada – Horizon Lateral Pipeline UPI provided FEED and detailed engineering Services for the installation of approximately 70 km of new NPS 8 High Vapour Pressure Pipeline near Fort McMurray, Alberta. UPI also supported development of the regulatory application, procurement, and construction planning activities for the Project. Williams Energy (Canada) Inc. – Boreal Pipeline Project UPI’s scope of services included routing, detailed engineering, preparation of construction contract documents, and engineering support during construction for 400 km of NPS 12 High Vapour Pressure and High Temperature Natural Gas Liquids pipeline between Fort McMurray and Edmonton, Alberta.
