Awning Windows

Synergy® Awnings windows allow for the window to be used in even the most inclement weather situations while still getting airfl ow.

Synergy® Awnings windows can be combined with other window types to create very dramatic feature walls of glass. These combinations can give clean lines and proportions to your home improving the entire aesthetic look and feel.

The hardware allows for the window to be wound out, to suit the climate and has dual locking handles for security. This ensures that when closed the sash is airtight to the elements achieving zero air infi ltration which is excellent for dust, noise and energy effi ciency.

The sleek bevelled edged design is aesthetically pleasing allowing for improved peripheral vision from inside to outside the window.

Casement Windows

Synergy® Casement windows are hung on Truth adjustable stays on either the left or right side of the opening.

The Synergy® Casement is engineered with heavy-duty hardware to allow for a full 90 degree opening, permitting even the slightest breeze to be directed into the house. The multi-point locking system is standard to ensure that when closed the sash is airtight to the elements achieving zero air infi ltration which is excellent for dust, noise and energy effi ciency.

The hardware is activated from a single point for functional locking.

The frame and sash is designed with heavy sections to ensure that even in the strongest winds the sash will not rattle or slam.

The sleek bevelled edged design is aesthetically pleasing allowing for improved peripheral vision from inside to outside the window.

The window is able to be open a full 90 degrees, to allow for easy cleaning and fi re egress.

All Trend® Windows & Doors are made to meet Australian Standards regulations AS2047 and AS1288.

These standards relate to glass type, wind pressure and water penetration ratings. So that we can make sure you have the right window for your area, we need to know your specific location prior to quoting and manufacture. This is further explained in AS2047.

“The applicant for building approval or the approving authority shall nominate the window rating appropriate to the location of the building.

The minimum rating for each wind classification and a guide to the design wind pressure are set out in AS2047.

The minimum rating for housing is set out in AS2047.1, and the design window pressure for buildings other than housing shall be established appropriate to the location of the building.”

Information on determining the window rating specification is available from AS4055, the Australian Window Association, or Trend® Windows & Doors.

All doors are illustrated as viewed from the outside. Codes shown are for plain doors. The first two numbers indicate approximate height. The last two numbers indicate approximate width.
