Architect with 18 years of work experience, in the corporate environment. Anogh has executed projects for clients who are the pioneers of the Global IT Industry. He has designed architectural projects of various scales and complexities including a 300000 sqft office buidling and a 150000 sqft office refit project. As a Project Leader at Edifice Architects Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading Architectural Firm in India, he has designed architectural & interior projects totaling more than 100,000 Sft. Some of the prominent clientele includes, Capgemini Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. (35000 Sft.); Vishnu Webtech (48000 Sft.); Town Hall Building, Lake City (55000 Sft.), 10 Nos.branches of Metlife India Insurance Pvt. Ltd. (10,000 Sft.); Patni Computer Systems (7500 sft.); Swiss Re (5000 Sft.).A person of detail, excellent software skill sets include AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS office, for specialized computing and analysis.

Architect & Urban Designer with over 18 years of experience as an Architect. Anand has experience in residential and commercial buildings ranging from small bungalows to large apartments, hospitals and so on. Key projects include Retail spaces for a luxury retail chain, offices and retail spaces totalling to more than 50000sqft for a faucet and wellness brand. As an Interior Designer, he has worked on both commercial & residential projects including retail, offices and so on. As an Urban Designer, he has worked on several urban design & planning projects including the skywalk at Navi Mumbai, cargo hub at Bhiwandi, a master-planning project for land parcels along the Mumbai – Pune Expressway, Goa Medical College Redevelopment Project and also the Panaji Municipal Market Project. City Planning for Karu, Nigeria is also an important project he has handled. He has specific interest and understanding of urban issues and can use tools like illustrative sketching, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS project & graphic software like ADOBE PhotoShop, Corel, & PageMaker to analyze, process & present. He has been lecturing at design schools in Mumbai, Nashik and Goa.

A brownfield project involving an existing industrial building sitting on a plot which had room for growth and a modified context which demanded office space. The challenge was to design this complex building with a mixed identity of an industrial building with offices. The resultant building is a pre-engineered structure which exposes its structure with a judicious use of glass and brick cladding imparting warmth and ease of use.14
