Decreto Regulamentar nº 23/95 – Artigo 24º
1 - A implantação das condutas da rede de distribuição em arruamentos deve fazer-se em articulação com as
restantes infra-estruturas e, sempre que possível, fora das faixas de rodagem;
2- As condutas da rede de distribuição devem ser implantadas em ambos os lados dos arruamentos,
podendo reduzir-se a um quando as condições técnicoeconómicas o aconselhem, e nunca a uma distância
inferior a 0,80 m dos limites das propriedades;
3 - A implantação das condutas deve ser feita num plano superior ao dos colectores de águas residuais e a uma
distância não inferior a 1 m, de forma a garantir protecção eficaz contra possível contaminação,
devendo ser adoptadas protecções especiais em caso de impossibilidade daquela disposição.
Decreto Regulamentar nº 23/95 – Artigo 25º
1 - A profundidade de assentamento das condutas não deve ser inferior a 0,80 m, medida entre a geratriz exterior superior
da conduta e o nível do pavimento;
2 - Pode aceitar-se um valor inferior ao indicado desde que se protejam convenientemente as condutas para resistir a
sobrecargas ou a temperaturas extremas;
3 - Em situações excepcionais, admitem-se condutas exteriores ao pavimento desde que sejam convenientemente
protegidas mecânica, térmica e sanitariamente.
Decreto Regulamentar nº 23/95 – Artigo 23º / Diâmetros mínimos
1 - Os diâmetros nominais mínimos das condutas de distribuição são os seguintes:
a) 60 mm em aglomerados com menos de 20 000 habitantes;
b) 80 mm em aglomerados com mais de 20 000 habitantes.
2 - Quando o serviço de combate a incêndios tenha de ser assegurado pela mesma rede pública, os diâmetros nominais
mínimos das condutas são em função do risco da zona e devem ser:
a) 80 mm - grau 1;
b) 90 mm - grau 2;
c) 100 mm - grau 3;
d) 125 mm - grau 4;
e) ³ 150 mm - grau 5.
