    9 COURSE FEAST

    An Esseplore twist, this vegetarian set contains a healthy balance of fresh ingredients and spices from the flavourful region of Chettinad.

    Cucumber Salad A South Indian salad made with moong lentils and chana dal, finely chopped cucumber and fresh coconut with a final tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves.

    Salad of the Day A special created by Chef Latha’s based on the best seasonal ingredients.

    Beetroot Kola with Yoghurt Dip A Chettinad speciality of grated beetroot, lentils and freshly ground spices moulded into a croquette accompanied by a delicious yogurt dip.

    Paneer 65 Indian cottage cheese marinated in various freshly ground spices and a dash of lime, and fried till crisp.

    Mini Podi Dosa (2 pcs) A crispy round crepe-like dosa made from fermented rice lentils batter on an iron cast tawa and drizzled with homemade ghee and spicy lentils powder on top.

    Stir Fried Vegetables Fresh seasonal vegetables tossed in groundnut oil, mustard, urad dal, chilli, and sautéed in Indian spices topped with a coconut garnish.

    Mushroom Varuval A South Indian style mushroom stir fry with onion, chilli and freshly ground garam masala.

    Coconut Rice Ponni rice tossed in freshly grated coconut temper with mustard, chilli, and curry leaves for added flavour.

    Dessert of the Day (Kesari or Halwa) Chef’s special sweet dish.
