WARRANTY

Fleurco Products Inc. (“Fleurco”) warrants all shower doors composed primarily of tempered glass, PVC seals, aluminum, stainless steel and/or brass as well as all acrylic shower bases and tubs composed primarily of acrylic sheet and fiberglass, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. Fleurco Products Inc. (“Fleurco”) warrants all mirrors and medicine cabinets composed primarily of glass, aluminum and electric components as well as all vanities composed primarily of polymarble, plywood, veneer and metal components and polymarble textured bases to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

Acts Invalidating WarrantyThis warranty does not apply to (1) products relocated after initial installation; (2) products manufactured or supplied by others; (3) products which have defects or damage which result from improper installation; (4) products which have been subjected to alteration, misuse, negligence or accidents, corrosion or abrasion; (5) products which have been installed contrary to Fleurco’s printed instructions; and (6) products used in commercial or multiple family dwellings units.

Warranty PerformanceIn the event of any defect covered under this Warranty, Fleurco will only be obligated, at Fleurco’s option, to repair the defective part or unit or to furnish a new or rebuilt part or unit in exchange for the part or unit that is defective. Written notice of any defect must be given within 10 days of the time the defect is discovered and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. Notice must be given to: Fleurco Products Inc. 4575 Poirier St-Laurent, Que. H4R 2A4.
