INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:1. TO OPERATE: Connect bilge pump lead [F] to internal battery box lead [G] by pushing together firmly. 2. Pulsator bilge pump should cycle at this point.3. Attach a decoy weight and line (not included) to decoy eye hook [H]. Line length should be calculated by:

your water depth + 12 inches. This will allow adequate movement without tangling in other decoys.4. TO CHARGE: Connect 12v Battery Charger lead [D] to internal battery box lead [G]. Plug charger into wall outlet.

Solid red light indicates charging. Solid green light indicates full charge.

Tip: Insert the optional clear tubing agitator [E] into the PVC Agitator on sunny or windy days to enhance the visibility of the spray pattern.

BILGE PUMP CLEANING:1. The bilge pump and pipe can easily be taken off the decoy for cleaning in

case of debris clogging up the bilge pump.

2. To clean, simply unsnap the bilge from the bottom of the decoy.

3. Clean out grass and debris.

4. Once the bilge is running properly, snap bilge pump back on.

MAINTENANCE AND OTHER TIPS:1. Recharging the Lithium Ion battery: Overnight charging (around 3 hours) after

each hunt is recommended to keep the battery in good condition.

2. Storing the battery: charge fully and keep at room temperature during the off season. We recommend fully charging every three months. Never store battery for any period of time with no charge. Battery can last at full capacity for four years if maintained this way.

3. Easily remove the baseplate to add a second Lithium Ion battery for double the runtime. For 12v Lithium Ion batteries, decoy bags, chargers, timers, and any other parts contact your local dealer or visit our website at higdonoutdoors.com

4. Tip: The Classic Pulator 2 Battery Box (Item 99311) can be used on the Pulsator XS. Simply plug box into the Pulsator XS bilge pump to make it work just like the original Pulsator 2, giving it an even longer battery life, and eliminating the need to string and weight the decoy (battery box acts as weight).
