U.S. Supreme Court Issues Landmark Dec ision: Constitution is V oid Jan 18 04:56 PM US/Eastern ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Supreme Court issued a land mark decisio n that serves to allow judg es to void the Co nstitution in their co urtrooms.  The decision was issued on January 18, 2011, and the Court did not even explain the decision (Docket No. 10-632, 10-633, and 10-690).  One word decisions: DENIED. Presented with this i nformation and massive proof that was not conteste d in any mann er by the accused judges, at least six of the justices voted to deny the petitions: "There is no legal or factual basis whatsoever for the decisions of the lower courts in this matter. These rulin gs were is sued for corrupt reasons.  Many of the jud ges in the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit are corrupt and violate laws a nd ru les, as they have done in this cas e.  The Suprem e Court must reco gniz e this Petition as one of the most serio us matters ever presented to this Court." The key questions answered negative ly by the U.S. Supr eme Court was: "Whether federal c ourts mu st be stopped from operating corruptl y a nd ignoring al l laws, rules, and facts." By denying the petitions, SCOTUS h as c hosen to s anction corruption by federal judges and to allow federal ju dges to voi d sections o f the Constitutional at will. William M. Windsor has been involved in legal action in the federal co urts in Atlanta since 2006. Wi ndsor was named a defendant in a civil lawsuit (1:06-CV-0714-ODE) in which Christopher Glynn of Maid of the Mist i n Niagara Falls, swo re under oath that Windsor did a va riety o f things includ ing the crimes of theft and bribery.  Wi ndsor stated under oath that Christopher Glynn m ade it up and l ied about absolutely everything that he swore.  Windsor then obtained d epositio n testimony from Gl ynn and the other man agers of the Maid of the Mis t boat ri de, and they admitted, under oath, that charges a gainst Windsor were not true. Despite this und eniable proof, 32-ye ar federal J udg e Orinda D. Evans declared that the grand father of t hree should n ot have fough t the lawsuit, a nd she forced him to pay a fortune in legal fees of Maid of the Mis t.  W indsor appealed to the U.S. Court of App eals for the Eleve nth Circuit, but federal judges Dubina, Hull, and Fay rubber-stamped Judge Evans' ruling. Windsor then took his appeal to the U.S. Sup reme Court where the justices said the appeal was not worthy of their consideration (cert denied). After attemp ting to get the c ase r eopened with new evidence that proved fraud up on the courts and obstruction of justice, Judg e Evans and Jud ge Wi lliam S. Duffey co mmitted a v ariety of crimes and violations of Constitutional rights, as did ju dges with the Eleventh Circuit.  All of this was detai led for the Sup reme Court. Windsor s ays: "I have discove red that the federal jud ges in Atlan ta, Georgia, Washington, DC, and the justices of the United States Supreme Court function like common criminals intentionally making bogus rulings against honest people while covering up the crimes of their fellow judges.  I have been co ntacted by people from all over the co untry and aroun d the world with their storie s of judicial co rruption with ju dges all over the U.S. "My charges have been totally ignored by the United States Attorney's Office, the FBI, and Congress. I do not believe there is a shred of decency, honesty, or Constitutional rights in our U.S. Su prem e Cou rt Issues La nd mark Decision: Con stitu tion is V oid h ttp://www.breitbart .com/print .ph p?id=x prn w.201 101 18.CL 31921 &sh ow... 1 of 2 1/21/2011 8:50 AM
