What is the Projects and Services Leadership Development Program?

This Projects and Services Leadership Development Program (PSLDP) gives you the opportunity to prepare for leading roles at Siemens such as Project/Systems Engineer, Business Development Specialist, Account Manager, Proposal Engineer or Business Process Specialist.

You will learn what it takes to create and implement new systems, technologies, and applications. In your engineering career with Siemens, you will develop efficient, sustainable business solutions.

Program start dates are in January and June.

You will work directly with Siemens’ leading staff of innovators and mentors, developing skills that include:

� Developing a sustainable energy efficiency plan for industrial customers

� Creating a business and implementation plan for a new technical service offering

� Troubleshooting a multimillion dollar customer plant � Engineering an automation system for a steel mill � Project controlling, engineering and commissioning � Developing proposals and new business � Field service engineering � Order management and resource coordination � Strategic marketing � Research and development of efficient industry products

PSLDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is designed to create a successful career path within Siemens.

To apply for the Projects and Services Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

� Majors: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

� Graduation Date: Candidates must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior

� Minimum GPA: 3.0 � Relocation and Travel: Candidates must be willing to relocate every six months during the two-year program and travel as required by the program

� Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required

Internship Availability

Summer internships (May – Aug) are available for this program. Program intern candidates will be considered for full-time program positions after graduation.

Candidates must:

� meet program major, GPA, and work authorization requirements

� be rising seniors � be willing to relocate for the summer internship assignment (assistance is provided for candidates who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address)
