• Initiate discussion for improved board functionality• Identify strengths and challenges of the board• Strengthen the board's ability to positively impact student

Process:• Take the survey as a board, may include superintendent and

senior administrators • Receive results of survey data in graphs to be discussed as a

board • From results, determine areas of improvement and set board

goals *USBA can facilitate board discussion and goal setting for boards.
