MOU General Information
• Establishes connection between incident leadership needing assistance managing volunteers, and the agency with volunteer management expertise.
• Describes responsibilities of each agency in developing/supporting an unaffiliated volunteer management program.
• Takes effect upon request of USCG or EPA FOSC following a spill.
