The main idea of hospital management system is to provide treatment to the patient without meeting the doctor. Firstly, there are three main characters the doctor, the patient and the organizer. Whenever a patient has any problem related to health he posts online. The organizer logs in reads the particular problem and then takes advice from a doctor and sends prescription to the relevant patient. The same prescription can be referred in future. The doctor can login and prescribe solution to the problem. These are viewed by the organizer and post back the advice to the patient. Patient then pays the fee-by cheque /cash/credit card to the organizer and it is in turn paid to the corresponding doctor. Organizer itself plays the role of administrator i.e. maintaining the database, updating the system, paying the doctors, collecting the fee & also issue new members unique id's and passwords and keep them updated.

Online Examination System

The System is basically intended for faculty members to conduct online examination.

Every registered faculty member can login to the system, create test, set the questions, set the mode for each test etc.

Faculty member also decides which groups of students have to take a particular test and accordingly creates group of students.

The system should send mail to the students inviting them to take the test.

Students can login using the verification number received and then answer the test questions.

The System should evaluate student answers with that specified by faculty and send the result via mail.

Online Shopping System

Customer can browse through the product catalog and add the items to shopping cart. He can proceed to checkout as long as his shopping cart is not empty. Customer will require to login to the system when he proceed to checkout, or he can create an account if he not yet have one. The order will charge to the credit card registered in customer's account.

Customer need to provides full name, email address, phone number, credit card and billing address details when creating an account.

Customer can login to the system to maintain his account information, such as changing phone number, address, and credit card details, and check the status of his orders.

Upon order received, the sales staff will process the order by charge to customer's credit card. Once the order has been charged, he will then mark the order as paid and pass to Courier Company and deliver them to customer. If the items customer ordered is out of stock, then the order will mark as on hold.

Once the item(s) arrived, the order will pass to Courier Company for delivery. Courier Company will pack the item with standard packaging, but if the order is marked as gift, then the items will pack as gift.

If the items arrived with damage, customer can return it by register in the online shop. Courier Company will collect the item from customer and sales staff will refund the money for that item. Marketing staff responsible to maintain the product catalog. He can also setup the promotion item list and send promotion email to customer

Banking System

Each bank provides its own computer to maintain its own accounts and process transactions against them. With this system, a client must first open account before he can use ATM. The opening account involves the client providing his Personal information, and SSI. A client may open one or more accounts for deposit, withdraw, transfer money between checking and saving account. The client can check the account status 24 hours a day.

When the client deposit/withdraw money. The client must specify which account and the amount. Then ATMs communicate with a central computer which clears transactions with the appropriate banks. An ATM accepts a cash card, interacts with the user, communicates with the central system to carry out the transaction, dispenses cash, and prints receipts. The system requires appropriate recordkeeping and security provisions. The system must handle concurrent accesses to the same account correctly. The banks will provide their own software for their own computers.

Attendance Management System

Attendance Management System is software developed for daily student attendance in schools, colleges and institutes. It facilitates to access the attendance information of a particular student in a particular class. This system will also help in evaluating attendance eligibility criteria of a student. By just a click on the mouse, the system will be able to produce the

students' attendance report thus reducing the need for manual labor which is prone to human errors and time consuming. This application is built for automating the processing of attendance. It also enhances the speed of performing attendance task easily. The Student Attendance will be based on the department and section. According to the department wise and section wise the attendance will be marked for the students. It includes present, absent and leave column for each student so that they would mark the attendance like period wise. By just a click on the mouse, the system will be able to produce the students' attendance report thus reducing the need for manual labour which is prone to human errors and time consuming. The student and staff have unique user login id and password available. The student can only view the attendance record on weekly, monthly, and whole semester basis. The staff can view as well as modify the attendance record. Printing facility for attendance record is available for both students and staff.
