A full range of lubricants
for all cold forming operations
using MaRtol forming oils ensures you very high quality
lubrication and gains in productivity.
• Perfect surface finish on all your cut and stamped parts,
• Reduction of shutdowns for maintenance,
• Very good corrosion resistance,
• excellent elimination capacity,
• odour-free for the operators’ comfort.
Three technologies for all your needs
Formulated from light petroleum cuts, vanishing oils allow to reduce or even eliminate degreasing operations. They are perfectly suited to medium difficulty or high throughput operations.
As the forming operations give off a lot of heat, our soluble oils combine strong lubricating and cooling powers. When used as an emulsion (from 5 to 30 %) in water, they reduce product consumption. The active part is measured according to the severity of operations.
Our range of neat oils covers all the essential physical and chemical properties needed for the success of your cold forming operations: viscosity, lubricity, extreme pressure and non-extreme pressure properties, with or without chlorine, compatibility with foodstuffs. With our range, you are assured to find the suitable product to your needs, ready for use.
our products meet all health, safety and environment requirements.
