– Level I: substantial: ADL at leat once a day; assistance total at least 90 min. (45 min. ADL)

– Level II: severe: ADL at leat three times a day; assistance total at least 3 hours (2 hours ADL)

– Level III: very severe: ADL day and night; assistance total at least 5 hours (4 hours ADL)
