(i.e. .1 * 60 = 6).The resulting number becomes the seconds (6"). Seconds can remain as a decimal.Take your three sets of numbers and put them together, using the symbols for degrees (), minutes (), and seconds (") (i.e. 1218'6" longitude) 1inch=25.4mm

The formulas for converting between degree Celsius and degree Fahrenheit are:

F = (C * 9/5) + 32C = (F - 32) * 5/9

To find the temperature when both are equal, we use an old algebra trick and just set F = C and solve one of the equations.

C = (C * 9/5) + 32C - (C * 9/5) = 32-4/5 * C = 32C = -32 * 5/4C = -40

F = (F * 9/5) + 32F - (F * 9/5) = 32-4/5 * F = 32F = -32 * 5/4F = -40

So the temperature when both the Celsius and Fahrenheit scales are the same is -40 degrees.

The slope is the Tangent of the angle.Slope is rise/run, and the % grade is 100 times the slope. So a slope of 1/1 would be a 100% grade, which is indeed a 45 degree angle.So if you know the degree of the angle, just enter it into your scientific calculator then hit Tangent.The Tangent of 39 degree angle is:0.809784That is the slope, now multiply by 100 to get the % grade.80.98%
