IntroductionThis gives a brief introduction about what Havasay is and how it can be used.Each of thefollowing sections explains about the product flow. OverviewHavasay, a Customer Social Engagement platform, lets your users talk about your brand,gives them a platform to interact with you on any of the e-commerce platforms.Havasayinjects and therefore enables reviews and ratings on your e-commerce site which is calledWidget Console. Users can use their social or Havasay credentials and start engaging withyou by posting reviews and questions.In Havasay Management Console,these reviews andquestions pass through analytics engine which performs Sentiment Analysis and OpinionMining on the text.Based on customers’ sentiment you get to know how competitive youare in market and what are the necessary steps you need to take to stay ahead of yourcompetitors. Several product pages from Facebook and twitter can be integrated. Content from e-commerce websites and social pages gets eligible for moderation and also can be sharedacross different platforms from Management console. Interacting with the users bycommenting and answering to their questions can be done from this single window.

Application Summary

Widget ConsoleThis is basically the ecomerce site's product page in which Havasay widgets get renderedand enables the end users to share their experince (i.e Reviews and Questions) about theproduct.

Once Havasay extension via magento connect is installed ,it enables the end users to post reviews and questions in Havasay Reviews and Questions widgetsrespectively. The product page can be shared across social platforms from Share widget .

Overall Rating Widget

Overall product rating,number of reviews and questions for a product cane be viewed in theRating widget.

Share Widget

The product page can be shared across to any of the social walls (Facebook , Twitter ,Gplus)

Before posting a review,end user has to sign up with 'Havasay' from 'Sign up' page by providing theirvalid details. If already registered, user has to login with valid credentials. The user can also loginwith social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Google plus.

Reviews Widget

After successful Login / Sign Up, below is the place where end users can post their product reviewsand provide their ratings.

Following are the actions that can be performed on Reviews widget by an end user

Reply to other reviews Marking a review Useful / Not Useful Marking a review as Spam Sharing a review to Google/Twitter/Facebook.

Reviews can be sorted based on the following

High Rating Low Rating Most useful Recent first Oldest first

Questions Widget

Users can post the product related queries in Questions widget.

Following are the actions that can be performed on Question widget by an end user

Posting an Answer to other questions. Marking a question Useful / Not Useful Marking a question as Spam

Questions can also be searched based on the keywords posted.

All the operations performed on the widget console do not need any of the Administrator'sinterference.

Management Console

Once Havasay extension is enabled, Magento admin receives an email from Havasay support. Withthis email, Magento admin can create admin user profile by clicking on the link which is provided inthe email and provide valid details.

Upon successful creation of administrator profile, the user will be redirected to HavasayManagement console.

Pokesboard

Pokesboard has all the list of channels added and the tickets related to each of the channels. Allthese tickets can be filtered according to the content type(Reviews and Questions) and the each oftheir status(Open , Close , Reopen).

All the Channels, Categories, Products & Reviews belonging to that store will be displayed. Admincan moderate each ticket in Havasay Management console. Moderation steps includes:

Publishing a ticket on Product page Rejecting a ticket Sharing ticket across across multiple channels Adding a ticket to Social wall Adding a Question to FAQ list Commenting on a ticket Accepting/Rejecting others comment Answering privately to a Question

Organization Settings

This is the place where the administrator can configure the whole of the store setup accordingly.

Sites

Here in the Features section,admin can configure the visibility of widgets to be rendered on the product page.

After the products have been successful imported , admin can view the product list by following thebelow navigation

Products

Admin can choose the products on which Havasay widgets needed to be rendered by following thebelow navigation.

Settings → Products → Click here (on strip)

If Admin wants to see the widgets on more product pages, admin needs to upgrade to any of thepremium packages by clicking Upgrade.

For any of the products,any social page (Facebook page or Twitter Handle) can be mapped.

Product level configurations of the visibility of widgets to be rendered , Review/Question settingscan be done by administrator.

Users

To add a new user, admin has to click on Settings button and in User tab, provide email id of theuser that is to be added and click on Add button.

For these added users,different roles that have been added can be assigned.

Roles

To add a new Role, admin has to click on Settings button and in Roles tab , give the new Role nameand click on Add button.

Settings → Roles → Enter role name →Add

For each of the role,administrator can assign different set of permissions at a channel / category /product level.

Email Templates

Havasay administrator can always modify the content of emails that users receive on performingnecessary actions.

Rating Templates

To add a new Rating Template, admin has to click on Settings button and in Rating Templates tab ,give the new Rating template name and click on Add button.

Settings → Rating Templates → Enter template name →Add

All the newly added parameters will be added to the library.These rating templates can be assigned at a channel / category / product level.

Analytics

It enables the Havasay administrator to view the whole of data like customer content,moodand the share count at a glance.

Customer content includes number of Reviews Questions Facebook Feeds Tweets

Customer mood gives information about how much percentage of users are happy or unhappy orhave no opinion on the products that they review on.Share count gives the number of total shares of the product page to different channels. Differentchannels that can be shared across are

These analytics can also be viewed at a channel and product levels.

Know your Customer

This enables the Havasay admin to know about all of the users that have been signed up withHavasay on widget side or logged in with social credentials.The profile links of the users can also be accessed.

Geographical location of the users is tracked here along with percentage of gender distribution.

Profile Settings

This enables Havasay administrator to edit the profile accordingly.

User's First , Last name and profile photo can be edited here .

Reset Password

Havasay administrator can reset the password of the users that have been added earlier. A changepassword link is mailed to the user that has been selected to reset the password.

Organization Details

Organization's profile photo can be updated here and visibility of the category list can be changed.

Account Details

This page gives the administrator all the information about the following

Current/Previous subscription details along with the duration. Havasay wallet amount Contact Information Billing information (which can be edited) Order History

Administrator can also modify the current package by clicking Modify button.

2.2.5.6 Manage Subscription

If user wants to upgrade the current package, go to Profile settings and select 'Manage Subscription'and click Modify button and follow the sequential steps to select the required package.

Clicking on Upgrade/downgrade button after selection of desired package,after necessary payment is done,the change in package is reflected after logged out and logged in.

To unsubscribe Havasay, Click on Unsubscribe button.
