1. Introduction

This document provides users with the basic information they will need to use the intranet productively.

1.1 Scope

One Gestamp is a collaboration platform developed on the Liferay portal that offers secure access control, storage, searching, tracking, modification, recovery and conservation (among other things) of the company’s structured and unstructured information. It also offers mobile access from inside the Gestamp network. One Gestamp allows each community to create its own independent website. This handbook describes how the application can be used by consultants specifically.

1.2 Requirements for use

Users must have one of the following browsers installed on their PCs to access the One Gestamp intranet:

Explorer 9 or newer

Firefox 24 or newer

Google Chrome 30 or newer

2. Description of functional processes

This section of the document describes the functionalities of the One Gestamp intranet.

2.1 Login

In order to access the One Gestamp intranet you must be registered in Gestamp’s LDAP.

The login to the One Gestamp intranet is done by filling the information in the following screen:

1. Screen Name: your user name (without domain)

2. Password: your user password

2.2 Advantages of working with One Gestamp

One Gestamp contains five sections: Desktop, News, The Gestamp Group, Communities and Employees They all share a common framework that serves as the distributor of the different pages. All of the pages making up the One Gestamp intranet are listed in the following section, along with a description of each one.

2.2.1 Page Framework

The page framework refers to the elements that are common to all intranet pages. It is composed of two elements: a header and a footer.

Header

The header refers to the item at the top of the page which comprises the following elements:

1. Contextualized information and language. Using the dropdown language menu, you can change the language in which the portal is displayed. The navigation menu provides access to the intranet’s 5 main pages, which will be described in further detail in the following sections of this handbook.

2. Search engine. The tool that allows you to search through all of the intranet’s elements. Locates elements quickly, filtering by type, label or date.

3. Quick access buttons. Links to the applications, document manager and employee directory:

These buttons are explained below:

a. Applications. Link to a list of the main Gestamp applications which are accessible to the user.

b. Document manager. Link to the intranet’s document repository, a browsable directory where the documents of interest to employees are stored.

c. Who’s who. Link to the employee directory which contains the employees’ telephone and email contact information.

Footer

The footer is the information at the bottom of the page which contains links to different URLs (Gestamp.com, Disclaimers, Group websites, old intranet) and contact information (Contact, Suggestions).

2.2.2 Desktop

The Desktop page contains introductory information for users of the portal, divided into the following sections.

1. One news. Summary of the company’s relevant news, both local and international. You can click on any one of the items to read the full article. You can also see the complete list of news items by clicking on See more news. These pages are described in further detail in the News section of this handbook.

2. Press clippings. Summary of the most relevant news about the company and the automotive sector. You can click on any one of the items to read the full article. You can also see the complete list of press clippings by clicking on See past press clippings. These pages are described in further detail in the News section of this handbook.

3. Links and banners. Access to pages and documents of interest to employees.

4. Your communities. Access to the communities of which the user is a member. Communities are collaboration spaces that provide the tools needed to optimize communications and collaboration between members. They are managed independently by the different areas of the company.

5. Recent activity. Latest updates made by employees to the intranet contents: publication of new contents or documents, updates, forum posts, etc.

2.2.3 News

The News section contains the pages with the most recent news items and press releases published on the portal and by the company.

When users access this section, they are taken to the cover page. There, they will see a selection of the most relevant news items along with the following functionalities.

1. Latest news. Access to the complete list of news items arranged by date.

2. News search. A tool for searching through the news items on the intranet. Allows you to locate news items quickly, filtering by date.

3. News filter. When you click on this link it show the news filters by category (Corporate, Business Units and Divisions), which then links to the complete list of news items for the selected category.

4. Access to news details. Shows the complete news item along with links to the images associated with the news, videos, attachments, etc.

5. Access to News sub-pages. The Contact OneNews link allows you to send an email to the One News mailbox with additional information about a news item. The Press Clippings link takes you to a list of news items about the company. You can click on any one of them to see the full details of the press release in question.

2.2.4 Gestamp Group

The section titled Gestamp Group contains corporate information. The different information pages can be accessed from the left navigation menu.

In addition to the corporate information in the form of text, images and videos, from these pages the user can also consult:

- Information on the different Gestamp locations (Locations section )

- Downloadable corporate organizational charts (Management section)

2.2.5 Communities

The Communities page contains information on the communities of which the user is a member. The user can access those communities from this section along with a summary of their most recent activities. It also includes a link to request the creation of a new community.

2.2.6 Employees

There are two parts to the Employees page:

My data: with information on the logged in user.

My applications: with a list of the main Gestamp applications that can be accessed by the user.

3. Support

If you have any problems with the intranet, please contact the Support Department as you would normally do via the http://servicedesk.gestamp.com:4444/ portal.

4. Terms of Use

We hereby inform you that a new Corporate Intranet shall be introduced from January 13,

2014. The management of this Intranet shall be centralized through Gestamp Servicios, S.A., a

company belonging to the Gestamp Group, with corporate address at Madrid, calle Alfonso XII

16, 28014 (hereinafter, “Gestamp Servicios”).

This new corporate software will provide access to the professional contact details of all

Gestamp Group’s employees, and shall allow collaboration between workers throughout the

implantation of working groups. The Intranet shall centralize the access to different corporate

applications, and shall include information relating to the Group’s activities.

In order to ensure the provision of adequate services associated to the Corporative Intranet, all

the information shall be hosted by Gestamp Servicios’ servers. In this sense, we shall highlight

that such company has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to

guarantee the security of the personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss or non-authorized

access or treatment.

In this sense, the possibility to access and use the Corporate Intranet implies your express

consent to share your professional contact details with the companies and workers of Gestamp

Group. To these effects, such consent shall be considered to have been granted once a 30 days

period elapses from the reception of this email, without receiving any communication from

your side relating to the exercise of your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

rights.

The Gestamp Group companies may be established in third countries, even those where the

current regulations do not grant and adequate level of security at the discretion of the Director

of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos); its activities

and locations may be consulted through the Corporate Intranet or in the web site

www.gestamp.com.

We also inform you that you may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

rights, at any moment, through written communication addressed to your direct responsible or

to the HHRR department of your hiring company, identifying yourself as Gestamp’s employee,

and attaching a copy of your national identity card or equivalent identification document, and

setting your request.
