COMPANY LIQUIDATION
1. Appointment of Liquidator Winding Up By the Court (Form 26A)
Once a company is successfully incorporated, in the dashboard, the Liquidation button will appear as
depicted in the following figure 1.1.

Upon clicking on the Liquidation button, system will direct the user to the Company Liquidation
screen as shown in figure 1.2.

Upon responding to that message by clicking “Confirm and Continue payment”, user will be
directed to the payment gateway to proceed with the payment process.

2. Members Voluntary Winding Up (Form 26B) Once a company is successfully incorporated, in the dashboard, the Liquidation button will appear as
depicted in the following figure 2.1.
