To use the system, first user should go to the link provided below,

http://geoportal.mp.gov.in/khasraservice/uLogin.aspx

STEP 1: Selecting the link will open the page where a ‘GENERAL INFORMATION’ window gets opened, User is

expected to read the general information and close the window,

User can close the general information with the help of selecting the cross symbol in right upper

corner of disclaimer window.

STEP 2: After closing ‘General Information’ window, User would be able to view Login window of the

application, New user would have to register itself to get User ID and Password using the function

‘Sign Up’

STEP 3: SIGNUP ‘Sign Up’ Process: After user clicks on ‘Sign Up’ button, ‘Registration Panel’ would get opened. For

Registration, User is expected to verify his/her email id via OTP.

User provides valid mail ID and clicks on ‘SEND OTP’ button, and gets an OTP on his/her mail box.

User gets ‘OTP’ to his/her mail ID, and provides the valid OTP in the text box and clicks on ‘Verify’

button.

After successful email verification, ‘Registration Form’ gets opened. User is expected to provide valid

details in order to proceed with the ‘Sign Up’. User provides valid details in the ‘Registration form’

and clicks on ‘Register’ button.

User gets redirected to the ‘Login Page’ after completing registration/ Sign Up process.

STEP 4: LOGIN and KHASRA VISUALIZATION LOGIN: User login to the Application with newly created USER ID and PASSWORD

After Successful Login, User gets navigated to the Home page of the application, where user gets

functionality to download Khasra.

User selects desired ‘District’ from the dropdown which gets highlighted and zoomed on the map

viewer.

Next, user gets list of Tehsil which belongs to the selected ‘District’. User select one of the tehsil

from the ‘Tehsil’ dropdown. Selected ‘Tehsil’ gets highlighted and zoomed on the map.

User gets list of all the villages that belongs to the selected ‘Tehsil’. Next, User needs to select

desired ‘Villages’ by clicking on ‘None Selected’ button.

User clicks on ‘View’ button, selected villages gets highlighted and zoomed on the map viewer.

STEP 5: PAYMENT Next user provide ‘Purpose’ for Khasra download and Accepts ‘Terms and Conditions’ by clicking on

the check box.

User clicks on ‘Proceed to Payment’ button.

User gets redirected to the ‘MP Online’ payment gateway to complete the payment, Fee is

calculated on the basis of number of villages selected for downloading Khasra.

After making successful payment, User needs to click on ‘Return to the Merchant Site’ button.

STEP 6: DASHBOARD and DOWNLOAD KHASRA FILE User gets navigated to the ‘Dashboard’ of the application, after clicking ‘OK’ on confirmation

message.

User clicks on ‘Download’ button to download Khasra of the desired village.

NOTE: Data is available for download only for next 2 days after Purchasing Date
