PASS TRACK - OVERVIEW

Basic idea

App usage channel

Pass track mobile application helps in easy registration of air passengers in airport systems. It aids in recording and tracking of passengers’ basic information and other relevant details. Registration can be done by both passengers and airport administration. During the process, application lets the users scan CNICs and passports through QR code scanner and MRZ scanner features available in the app, respectively.

Amidst technological advances in Pakistan, National Information Technology Board presents ‘Pass Track Platform’ that provides user to update medical record of passenger.

Pass Track is a user friendly application which can be accessed by everyone. The user can get access to his/her details by following this way.

Through ios App

Citizens can download and install passtrack app on their ios devices by loggin in to Apple App store.

Through Android App

Citizens can download and install passtrack app on their Android devices by loggin in to Play store.

If you are a new user, you have to register your account by submitting below form:

If you already have an account on Pass Track app, please login through your email/Mobile# to proceed.

Click submit button, congragulations you have registered successfully. Now you can use the app to address your travel history.

Click login button and you will be re-directed to your dashboard.

Web-Portal THE DASHBOARDYour dashboard will display the stats related to your flights, travel history and a feature to add new flight recordIn case if you don’t

have accessibility to mobile apps you can get yourself registered through our website. You just need to follow below steps.

Open URL (www.passtrack.nitb.gov.pk) in web browser

Login through your user name/Mobile# and password

If you don’t have an account, get yourself register and start using the web-portal.

Click on this button to addflight details

ADD NEW FLIGHT(AS PAKISTANI)

To add new flight, you have to submit your details in the form

If you are a Pakistani, submit below details- Enter Flight No

- Your Arrival and departure date(in-case of connecting flights)

- Counts of connecting flights

- Arrival Aiport

- Your Full Name and Gender

- No of Children below 18

- Scan your CNIC through QR scanner

- Scan your passport through MRZ scanner

- Your Address(it will be your proposed quarantine location) and city

- Detail of your quarantine location

- Your personal assessment info

- Add passport picture

By clicking “Add New Form” new user has to provide his detail either he is a Pakistani national or a foreigner. If user is travelling through a connecting flight, he will have to provide further detail regarding connecting flight. User has to submit complete detail of his minor children. Those who don’t have access to Android or IOS can follow the above stated procedure by accessing through web.

placing your CNIC card behind your

If you are Foreigner, submit below details- Enter Flight No

- Your Arrival and departure date(in-case of connecting flights)

- Arrival Aiport

- Your Full Name and Gender

- No of Children below 18

- Scan your passport through MRT scanner

- Your Address(it will be your proposed quarantine location)

and city

- Detail of your quarantine location

- Your personal assessment info

Click Submit/Next Button to add flight details.

ADD NEW FLIGHT(AS FOREIGNER)

-Scan Passport through QR scanner

-Click on small scan icon on most right side of screen

-A screen appears, scan your passport by placing your passport behind your

mobile phone

TRAVELLING LOG & DETAIL

You can view the details of your flight from travel detail screen, you will be able to see below details

- Your Tracking ID

- Your Name and gender

- Your Flight# along with Arrival date and Airport location

- Basic Information displayin your

CNIC No

Passport No

Children

Address

Travel From Country

- General Questionaire related to your

Qurantine Location condition

Assessment

Most important this will show your Covid-19 status and your travelling from country category

-Category A:Less affected country

-Category B:More affected country

This section will notify you about the travel history which you have submitted

TRAVELLING LOG & DETAIL

Concerned authority will issue boarding pass to you. If stated information shows that you are “Asymptomatic” then you are free to go. In case of “Symptomatic” you will be quarantined and concerned can track you through you app.

New screen will appear on your mobile screen or computer screen. This will show your generated “Tracking ID”. Show this Tracking ID to concerned authority.Your total travel counts will be

displayed here

To take the print, click anywhere on

the form

This section will tells you about the

travel history. Following record will be

displayed for each travel history:

- Your departure date

- Airport from where you take off

- Country where you will land

Click on LOGOUT at the top right corner of the application’s main screen

In order to log out of the portal,

A pop-up appears

Click Yes to logout.
