1.0 Getting Started with SARAL portal i. Type the URL www.saralharyana.gov.in in the address bar of the selected browser ii. Once the web site is connected the Home page will appear as shown below:

1.1 Sign Up To Register with SARAL Click on <Sign up> ,in Step-1 fill the Personal Details in screen as shown below. Personal Details

Login Details Step-2 fill the Login Details in screen as shown below. Email Id would be your login id.

On submit, a verification link will be sent on your Email-ID de***@y***.com. Please confirm your Email-ID by clicking on the link and enter the verification code which has been sent on your Email-ID. The Verification code and the link are for one time use only. • Verification link and the code is valid for 24 hrs from the time of request.

1.2 Edit Profile To edit profile, Click on <Edit Profile> option under <Manager Profile>. Following screen will open where citizen can update his/her profile information.

1.3 Forgot Password

i. In case user forgets password, click on screen as shown in below screen.

ii. On pressing <Forgot Password>

iv. An email containing Verification Link will be sent to your registered email-id.

v. On clicking the link, following screen will open, fill the details and password will get

reset.

1.4 Login To login into SARAL, enter username, password and captcha code in "Apply for Service" section and press <submit> button as shown in screen below.

1.5 Dashboard On successful login, user will be provided with the following welcome screen.

i. Click <Apply for service> and then <View Services> list of services will be displayed.

ii. Search the service <Licence for Brickiln> and click on <Apply>. Following screen will open. Fill the details and click on <I agree> checkbox to proceed.

iii. On pressing <submit> button, citizen will be provided with enclosure/attachment

options. Please attach legible copy of the documents. iv. Acknowledgement slip (PDF) will be generated and displayed on-screen. Citizen can

save this / take a printout for future reference. SARAL-ID will be generated and shall always be referred to for any future reference.

v. Application will be automatically forwarded to Town and Country Planning Department online system.

1.6 Citizen auto registration at D

i. If citizen account i.e. Department website

a. Click on <User Login> link on Deptt. portalb. account will be automatically created in Department portal and userid and

password email will be sent to citizen via SMS and Email. below.

2.0 Getting Started Town and Country Planning Dept. portal
