Managing Your Mailbox Size

If your mailbox is on your company’s server, then your network administrator has probably set a limit on the size of your mailbox.

When the mailbox reaches near capacity, you will get a message from the email service that your mailbox is over its size limit.

When your mailbox reaches its size limit, you will not be able to send or receive new emails until you clean it out.
