Index Content Section

• Information that is used to index documents but is not displayed

• Used for none free text searches

Permissions

• read: view the document

• update: edit the document and save the changes in the Author Service

• export: download a copy of the document and its locally referenced objects (images, etc.) to the user's computer

• delete: remove the document from the MIRC site

Permissions

• If the list of roles includes an asterisk, all users are granted the privilege. This is probably not a good idea for most documents.

• If the list of roles is empty, only the owners have the privilege.

• If the list of roles does not contain an asterisk and is not empty, only users matching the list in some way have the privilege.

• For compatibility with early versions of the MIRCdocument schema, documents that are missing the "update" element are not editable.
