a) Use a legible font style and size! Can you read this from a distance?

b) Be brief! Paragraphs → Sentences → Phrases → Keywords!

– The STEPS Challenge Wellness event at our recent conference was a great success.

– We held an early evening walk along the river guided by a local fitness instructor.

– We gave a t-shirt to every attendee.

– Over 60 people came on the walk and there were lots of happy motivated people!

– We recommend doing this again next year!

Although we have seen an increase in members compared with previous years, overall membership trends remain consistent with prior years. Membership numbers generally decline during the summer vacation months and during the winter (which we are currently seeing), and then bounce back in the fall and spring.
