USING THE REPORTS: Tips & Tricks The new FLP360 includes all your favorite reports, plus a few more additions to help you better strategize for your business. NAVIGATING THE REPORTS To make understanding your business easier, we’ve split out essential reports into several dashboards grouped by type or category. The Dashboards and reports in each dashboard are as follows: VOLUME: • Yearly CC Overview • Year Over Year CCs • 12 Month Active Overview Tips: • Understand how much of your volume is coming from the various CC types and identify areas to focus on. • Remember you need at least one (1) Personal Case Credit as part of your 4 CC Active Case Credits. Try to strike a healthy balance between Personal and Preferred Customer CCs. ORDERS: • All Order Report • Retail Order Report • Personal Order Report Tips: • Build a strong retail business by tracking customer orders and following up on recent purchase. • The Average CC per order number provides a quick measurement of the average order size and helps you identify when you may need to be practicing more upselling and cross-selling techniques! EARNINGS: • Monthly Earning Report • Earnings Trend Tip: • Earning trends track your earning history to set goals for the future of your business. The new FLP360 includes all your favorite reports, plus a few more additions to help you better strategize for your business.

NAVIGATING THE REPORTSTo make understanding your business easier, we’ve split out essential reports into several dashboards grouped by type or category. The Dashboards and reports in each dashboard are as follows:

ADVANCED REPORTSThese advanced reports can be found under the new Development Dashboard. These additional reports are for Advanced FBOs with large personally enrolled teams and multi-generation downlines. For each of these reports, you’ll need to click on the report, which will open a new tab and select “Run”. The data could take up to 30 minutes to display. Be patient! You can navigate to other tabs while you wait, just be sure not to exit out of the report tab.

4CC REPORT: FBOs in your downline who have achieved 4cc Active for the first time. It also shows those who have achieved 4CC Active within the current 3 consecutive months, current 6 consecutive months, or current 12 consecutive months.

TOP MANAGER/NON-MANAGER: List of your top 20 active FBOs in your downline who are equal to or above Manager level and who are below Manager level. Data is sorted on Total CCs.

TOP OPEN: Details about the top 20 FBOs in your downline who have qualified for Leadership Bonus.

TOP BUSINESS BUILDERS: The top 20 Sponsors in your downline who have personally-enrolled FBOs who achieved Assistant Supervisor level in their joining month. Data will be sorted on Total CC.

TOP NETWORKER: The top 20 Sponsors in your downline who have personally-enrolled FBOs who achieved Assistant Supervisor level in their joining month. Data will be sorted on Personal CC.

REPORTERIZER: Use the data request tool to generate and export customized reports with information about your downline including case credits, levels and other relevant data.

HISTORICAL CCS BY COUNTRY: Lists the CCs for each of the countries in which you are authorized for the selected processing period (Personal CC, Total CC, Total Active, Novus/PC CC, Leadership CC.

Tips:• Keep an eye on the number of new FBOs in your downline

across each generation to see which of your teams are having the most success or the most trouble.

• Tip: Use the new Personally Enrolled list handy to track who you need to be working with closely over the year. Those newest to the business need the most help over the fist several weeks to months in the business.

NEW 4CORE REPORTS!Every business needs balance. With the 4Core reports, you can discover the areas of your business that need the most work or the areas where you excel. Take the time to review these reports at least monthly and reflect on what actions you’re taking to get the metrics you’re seeing in your reports.

RETENTION• Total Purchasing FBOs • Multiple Orders Placed• Average Days Between

First and Second Orders• Multiple Orders Trend • Non-Purchasers List

Tips:• Make it your goal to reduce the time it takes a new FBO to

make a second purchase. Focus on that second order to also help improve your Multiple Orders Trend.

PRODUCTIVITY • Downline Productivity

Recap • FBO Productivity Trend

Line

Tip:• Use the trend line to see whether your productivity is

improving or getting worse. Ask yourself what you’ve been doing differently to get the outcome and how you should change your actions to improve this metric.

DEVELOPMENT • Close to Move Up List• Recent Move Up List• PC/Novus to FBO Move

Tip:• Recognition is a key to continued success! Use these lists

to recognize your top performers.
