Why the 65% Application?
The 65% application allows schools and districts a second chance to review the data before it
is used for teacher and leader evaluations.
In the 65% application, the link is confirmed between:• teachers and courses,• students and courses,• leaders and schools (district-level only).

Evaluations
• Student growth measures for evaluations lag by one school year.
• Student growth measures from 2015 will be used for the 2016 TEM and LEM.
• The work you do now in the 65% Application using 2015 data affects TEMs and LEMs calculated by the State for 2016.

Course length is determined from the start and end dates of the course for the scheduled term.

Teacher: “Meets” if the the teacher was scheduled for the course for 65% or more of the length of the course.

less.
Note the Marking Period N1 means Quarter 1. Note the Class Start Date and End Date. Note the Teacher Start Date and End Date.
