Your Guide To Soul-Centered Living II: Playing the Game
Congratulations!
“We always encourage you to move forward along on the physical level for we
know that as you are successful, Soul Line material will surface on the Mental
and Emotional Levels that tends to hold you back from what you are going for
in physical world reality. Believe me, in Second Year you are going to find out
that we told you the truth about this. Some people come to class and say, ‘Oh
my God, I’ve got all this stuff surfacing. What do I do?’ The first thing we say is,
‘Congratulate yourself! You dared to enter the classroom of conscious Awakening.
The opportunity for Healing, Transformation, and Self-Revelation is at hand.”
You have just completed Soul-Centered Living I: Learning the Game. We acknowledge you for the skills you have learned, the enhanced level of life mastery you are already demonstrating, and the deepening conscious connection with who you are as a Divine Being. These are bold steps—and from our point of view, you are doing great!!
You have already begun experiencing the tremendous value available through your participation at USM. This value is about to increase exponentially with the privilege of experiencing the Second Year!
Here are some carefully chosen words from Dr. Ron Hulnick on this subject:
The purpose of this brochure is to encourage, inspire, and prepare you for the next leg of your magical and life-transforming journey through USM—successfully completing your Second Year!
In service to assisting you in making the most of the opportunities and blessings that await you in your Second Year, we have prepared the following overview of what you are about to experience.

SOUL-CENTERED LIVING IIplaying the game
In the Second Year, you’ll be immersing yourself in five modules that are offered concurrently, October through June. You’ll then experience a week-long Retreat in the summer, which is the culmination of the two-year Soul-Centered Living Program. The five modules are:
The Healing of MemoriesIn this module, you’ll learn about the stages of development we each grow through in our lifetime. This is important as we “learn”
different limiting patterns at different stages of our development. You’ll have the opportunity to review your life, complete unfinished
business, and apply Loving to heal and release old hurts and the deeper underlying patterns associated with them. Graduates often
speak fondly of this module as the “vacuum cleaner course” due to the powerful clearing process that takes place. The depth of
healing that you can receive through participating in the deeper work of Healing Memories is truly profound.
Fulfilling a DreamIn this empowering module, you’ll have the opportunity to identify, envision, design, implement, and successfully complete a
substantive Project—something that has heart and meaning for you. Maybe you’d like to learn another language; make beautiful
jewelry; create watercolor paintings, collages, or mandalas; design and create items of clothing or a quilt; play a musical instrument;
write a book; make a career change; or even become a magician! The guideline is to choose something meaningful to you—something
that lights you up when you consider it. There are as many different Projects as there are people, and all of them are wonderful.

Fulfilling a Dream Support TeamThis module is all about support for you as you identify, envision, design, implement, and successfully complete your Project.
You’ll participate as a member of a Support Team of up to five members whose purpose is to support each member in successfully
completing their Project. Therefore, you’ll have the opportunity of learning how to effectively demonstrate Self-support as well as
support others. Additionally, Project Teams are a laboratory within which each student has opportunities for more fully integrating and
utilizing the Principles and Practices of Spiritual Psychology. Teams meet once a month during the class weekend and once a month
outside of class. Graduates share that this experience is one of the most powerful and lasting benefits of the Second Year—some
Support Teams are continuing to meet monthly 5, 10, and even 20 years after graduation!
The Heart of RelationshipThe focus of this empowering course is to choose the most challenging relationship in your life and heal it once and for all. It doesn’t
matter what history you’ve experienced with this person—the opportunity is present for you to find peace within yourself and with them.
Your opportunity is to honestly open to the possibility and go for it 100% through the carefully designed processes presented in class.
Becoming a Spiritual ScientistThis module provides a truly unique opportunity for learning how to systematically transform anything in your life for the better. You’ll
do this by setting up your Relationship Project as a scientific experiment, carefully observing your process as well as your progress
along the way. Once you learn how to function as a Spiritual Scientist in this experiment, you can bring this little-known skill set to bear
in any area of your life.
The culminating course of the two-year Soul-Centered Living Program is:
The Soul-Centered Living II RetreatThe Soul-Centered Living II Retreat is a six-day experiential laboratory held during the month of August and is the culminating
experience of the two-year Soul-Centered Living Program! This is where it all comes together. This is where the opportunity is present
for you to experientially demonstrate what you have invested two years in learning.

Inspiration—A Final Message!
Here’s a message from the Inner Counselor of a student at the end of the Second Year of the Master’s Program. It’s indicative of the level of inner guidance and loving support available to each and every one of us:
“You have learned to FLY! Your wings are fully activated and you are beaming with the delight of your success. Bless you, my dearest One, for you have found your true home at the end of this path. There you are, snuggled and cozy in your nest of kindness and grace, as I lovingly tend to your every need. You have truly embodied the qualities you aspired to in October. Stand glorious in your accomplishment as the angels and masters come to you and extend their appreciation and praise. And, my precious One, continue to S-T-R-E-T-C-H your wings, YES, and continue to soar, swoop, glide, and ascend! Enjoy the blessings that are yours to celebrate. As you dream at night, know that I am at your side, gently polishing your wings so that they continue to sparkle and glow with the bliss of knowing the presence of God within your own beating heart. I love you always, my precious angel.”
From our perspective, although this message was given to one student from their Inner Counselor, it might just as well have been given to any of us from our own Inner Counselor, for what is the Inner Counselor but an emissary from the Loving Essence that is the Divine in each of us? Let’s continue our journey together and dare to explore the deeper more Sacred levels of our Consciousness.
We love and support you and look forward to seeing you in October!
