6 Weeks internship in United Bank Limited as a Retail Banking Officer (RBO).
6 Week internship in Habib Bank Limited as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO).
Job Responsibilities as RBO Helping the customers to open and manage their bank accounts. Attending the queries related with banking and helping them in solving out their issues and
problems. Also include helping customers to get credit cards & debit card and fulfill all the formalities in the
entire procedure of attaining the credit card & debit card. Also required to interact with the customers and suggesting the right bank account type, credit card
type, saving deposit and other banking services which best suits their requirements. Also help the customers in providing detailed information and fulfilling all the formalities related
with any banking service that they are looking forward to avail. Maintain the documentation related with all the day to day transactions, loans requested and
assigned, and other banking related paper work. Update the existing customers with any new schemes, facilities and services available in the bank. Maintain the details of all the financial transactions made by the customer.
Job Responsibilities as MTO Receiving training from the concerned people in addition to performing duties in several departments
such as client services, operations, sales etc of a particular organization. Learning staff functions and line, management view points, company policies, practices and
operations which are significant in the proper functioning of an organization. Setting objectives and performance goals with higher officials and trainers of the organization. Monitoring the progress of performance with the trainers and management as per the requirement of
the organization.
