USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On provides USPS(United States Postal Service)shipping service for shipping the products. Using this module seller can add USPSshipping for their products.

Since it’s an add-on for the Multi-Vendor Marketplace For Magento 2, so marketplace module must be installedbefore installing the USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On.

Features Of USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On

The admin can enable or disable USPS Shipping method for checkout.

The admin can set the USPS shipping method name that will be shown from the front side.

The sellers can download and print the USPS Label.

The admin can allow sellers to save his/her USPS Credentials.

USPS Shipping method will work with both admin’s/seller’s product.

Fully admin management.

Dynamic shipping method for freight calculation.

Configuration Of The Module By Admin

After installation of the USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On the admin will be able to configure the module bynavigating through->Store->Configuration->Sales->Shipping Methods->Marketplace USPS

Admin will have to register here to get the API Keys – https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/welcome.htmAdmin will have to fill User ID and Password in default Magento USPS Shipping method configuration as shown inthe screenshot below.

Seller Settings For USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On

If USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On is enabled from the back end then sellers will be able to add Shipping,Invoice, Tax, Vat information under Marketplace->Manage Print Pdf Header Info as shown below.

Sellers can also save their USPS configuration details if the admin has set the option “Allow Sellers To SaveUSPS Details” to Yes from the backend.

Buyer Select USPS Shipping Method At Checkout

When Buyer will place an order of seller’s product, the buyer can see Marketplace USPS Shipping under shippingmethods like this screenshot.

Buyer can also see the selected shipping method under Order Review as shown below.

Note:In USPS Shipping Marketplace Add-On, the shipping rate will be calculated according to seller’s product weight andseller origin address.

When the order is placed, the seller can see the order under “My Order History” as per the image below.

If admin sets the “Allow Seller to Manage Order” option “yes” then the seller can manage the orders from front-end. Now the seller can generate invoices for their ordered products, generate tracking number and shipment for theorders of their products. Even the seller can notify the customers by sending them emails, cancel/refund the orderand even print the order. To generate the USPS shipping label sellers need to check the checkbox for USPSshipment as shown below.

Once the seller generates the shipment and invoice, the seller will able to see complete order details.

Shipment Information:-

Here sellers will be able to print the Shipment Slips and send tracking information.

The seller can click on USPS Shipment slip to print USPS Label as shown below.

USPS Label:

The seller can download the Shipping and Invoice slip very easily. In this slip, you can also see the company logoand address, vat, tax information which is entered by the seller under Manage Print Pdf Header Info tab.

Sellers can also download the Pdf of shipping and invoice slips Under Marketplace-> My orders as shown below.

Download all Invoice Slips:

After clicking on download option a pop-up window will appear, here you will enter the date up to which you want todownload the Invoice Slips.

Download all Packaging Slips:

Similarly, you will enter the date up to which you want to download the Packaging Slips.
