UTC Overseas, and Saudi Arabia’s Almajdouie Logistics Company have formed an exclusive agency joint-venture agreement based on the firms’ already successful record of cooperative activities. The agreement creates a project logistics team with unmatched strengths and experience in the energy, petro-chemical, manufacturing, infrastructure, and power generation and distribution sectors world-wide, including the Middle East. met in KSA to formalize the agreement. The new partnership was also showcased at a joint venture booth at the Breakbulk
Americas trade show in Houston, TX.

UTC Overseas hosted Almajdouie Logistics and invited guests at its annual Customer Apprecia-tion dinner, held in Houston, Texas.
