Welcome to Harley-Davidson®® of Utica Service. Whether you are new tomotorcycling or a seasoned motorcyclist, we are here to take care ofyour service needs and keep your Harley-Davidson® motorcycleoperating at peak performance. We take pride in our staff of highlyskilled and experienced Technicians, who know best how to service yourmotorcycle with factory-approved methods and truly have a passion forquality workmanship and riding.

At Harley-Davidson® of Utica we offer immediate access to factorywarranty service history, safety campaigns, engine management systemupgrades and technical information. We use cutting-edge diagnosticequipment, specialty tools and service techniques developed byHarley-Davidson® Motor Company only for use at Harley-Davidson®dealerships. We’ll provide you with clear, up-front estimates, and you’llhave peace of mind knowing we use Harley-Davidson® Genuine MotorParts and Accessories, which meet demanding Harley-Davidson®standards.

About Harley-Davidson® of Utica

Our roots stretch back to a small shop in the corner of the servicedepartment at Don’s Ford that opened in 1975. From that smallbeginning, we expanded into a separate store on Genesee Street indowntown Utica in 1993. After several expansions in that facility, thegrowth of our Harley-Davidson® sales, service, accessories and clothingbusiness was such that we eventually outgrew our surroundings anddecided to build a completely new facility. In May, 2003 we opened thedoors to our current location on Commercial Drive in New York Mills.

Despite becoming one of the largest Harley-Davidson® dealerships inUpstate New York, we vividly remember the simple, honest businessprinciples that kept our customers coming back year after year.

Service Appointments Service by appointment is offered and encouraged when possible. To set upan appointment, go to our website at hdutica.com, or call 315.797.5570 andspeak to one of our Service Consultants. We will do our best to schedule atime that suits your needs and allows you to stay on the road to enjoy yourmotorcycle.

Don’t have an appointment? Need a quick service? Be sure to take advantageof our Express Lane™ Service program, where you can get in, get serviced andget riding in about an hour - no appointment necessary. With Express Lane™Service, we can take care of select services such as oil and filter change,installation of a new tire or installation of new brakes. Give us a call or stop byfor more details.

Pick-up and DeliveryPlease contact Service about our options. Due to high demand during thesummer months, this service is ONLY available from October 1 to February 28.

Take-off PartsIf you want any take-off parts, please let your Service Consultant know duringthe write-up process. Due to space constraints, we will hold your requestedtake-off parts for up to three days. After that, we will dispose of them.

Extended Service PlanPlease remind your Service Consultant during the Service write-up process ifyou have an H-D™ Planned Maintenance Plan or an H-D™ Extended ServicePlan. This will ensure you are billed correctly. If you don’t currently have anExtended Service Plan, please ask us for details on the various plans available.

Our Service Technicians are factory trained and stay current onthe latest technologies by attending regular training throughHarley-Davidson® University® (HDU) courses. The Technicians areenrolled in the HDU Technician Recognition Program, which keeps themengaged in their technical training by requiring them to continuouslyparticipate in web-based training, in-dealership training andinstructor-led, classroom training facilitated by HDU subject-matterexperts using the latest diagnostic tools and methods. The toolsavailable to your Harley-Davidson® Service Technicians are exclusive toHarley-Davidson® dealerships and help to provide quick, efficient andaccurate diagnostics and service.

A great way to help ensure that your motorcycle stays in road-ready shapeis by purchasing one of our Harley-Davidson® Planned Maintenance plans.Maintenance is performed by our factory-trained dealership Techniciansusing only Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories. Preparing your Harley-Davidson®® motorcycle for long-term storage isjust as essential as regular service maintenance. We have variousoptions to suit your storage needs, from Basic Storage Service wherewe prepare your bike properly forstorage in your own garage orfacility to Ultimate Storage Servicewhere we prepare your vehicle forlong-term storage and store it inour heated storage facility. Checkwith your Service Consultant orTechnician for details.

Our dealership offers a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. If youprefer to have your motorcycle serviced while you wait, we have a smallarea where you can catch up on your reading, or many times you willfind other riders waiting there thatyou can share stories of the roadwith. You can even stay"connected" with our free Wi-Fiservice. If your scheduled servicewill take a lengthy amount of time,please ask us about our DemoDiner program.
