WHO WE ARE?

UTILBEN is one of the most competitive traders for construction and agricultural machinery in

Romania. The company was founded in early 2006, as a family business having as main activity

"Wholesale of machinery for mining and construction" (CAEN code 4663), which in time were added

other activities, including "Equipment repairs "(CAEN 3312).

UTILBEN started with import of second hand equipment and became one of the leaders in the second

hand market in Romania. Now we focus more on new machines.

We have a professional team of ambitious and passionate young people. The medium age in our

company is 32 years.

WHAT MAKE US SO SPECIAL?

Passion for machinery, ambition, principles and healthy values these are the main strengths of the

company, who kept it for 10 years as a leading actor and confidence on the Romanian market in the

import of construction and agricultural machinery.

Our focus now is on new machinery. UTILBEN is an authorized dealer for several major brands of

equipment (DSB Innocrush, CAMS, Kaeser, Farmtrac, HYDRARAM, PRONAR). We can provide for our

customers full service from the first stage.

UTILBEN offers all its customers full service from the first stage of acquisition: consulting for the

acquisition, consulting for European Funds, transport and logistics, service workshop and mobile

service, finance solutions for lease, credit from the banking institutions, parts, rental equipment.

OBJECTIVES FOR 2016

For 2016, UTILBEN aims to continue growth and development through concrete steps:

- Increasing the number of machines sold to 200 units

- Reaching a turnover of 5 mil Euro

- Increasing the medium value of equipment sold from 30.000 Euro to 35.000 Euro

- Increasing the number of machines sold through leasing from 20 Units to 35 Units

- Developing relationships with Key Account Customer ( Large Companies ). We want 30% of

our customers to be Large Companies ( more than 50 mil Euro Turn Over and more than 100

Employees )

- Increasing the number of Public Tenders won from 15 to 30

- Developing the Mobile Service Fleet from 1 to 4 units

- Develop rental fleet from 15 to 25 units

- Increasing the number of qualified staff from 15 to 22.

- Starting to build our New Headquarters in Apahida Cluj ( 12.000 m2) with new offices, parts

deposit, service workshop,

are proud to remain an independent business with very nice financial results in the last years.

Our objective is to have 20-30% big customers with more than 50 employees and a turnover of more than

10.000.000 Euros. The advantage of this customers is that they buy more equipment in 5 years’ time than the

small and medium companies

We address mature customers that appreciate our services and experience. More than 90% of our customer

have 6 or more years of activity.

LOCATION OF OUR CUSTOMERS

We have aprox 500 existing customers located in all the Country.

The red regions are regions whit a higher potential to sell. The regions with red have a bigger percentage rate

than the rest of the regions. It is important to focus on the regions with a better success rate.

OUR SALES FORCE

Requests from clients grow annually due to quality of our services, and our reputation for good machines at a

very good price. Market share increased significantly, reaching more than 120 units sold annually.

80% of our sales are for Second Hand Equipment at the moment.

20% of our sales are for New Equipment. We want to improve the percentage of new machines to 30-40%.

EUROPEAN FUNDS AND PUBLIC TENDERS

We estimate that the Sales for new machines will grow with 15-25% in the next 5 years because of European

Funds. It is a good opportunity for the customers to buy new machines with subsides of 50-70% from European

Union.

We have a huge potential to improve our sales because we have many request. We have the most requests for

machine from all the dealers in Romania.

Last year we sold 15 units of New Machine by European Funds and Public Tenders. Our percentage of success

with Public Tenders and European funds is 22%.

Our main objective is to improve our % of success.

We can do this by:

Becoming official dealer of New Machines

Having more machines on stock

Offering Finance solution for our customer

Having support from Producer with term of payments

This is our strongest point.

We invested a lot in our online marketing strategy and in our website.

We are very proud to be nr 1 in site visitors from all the dealers in Romania. We have the most unique visitors

and the most sessions from all the dealers in Romania.

OUR RENTAL FLEET

UTILBEN has developed a rental fleet with the purpose of sales support. We have at the moment a rental fleet

of approx. 20 Machines. The top machines in our rental fleet are:

Excavators and MiniExcavators

Compact Rollers

Telescopic Handlers

Skid Loaders

All the machines in our rental fleet are for sale. This is a good opportunity for the customer to try the machine

before they buy it.

UTILBEN is the only dealer in Romania that offers Satisfaction Warranty. If a customer buys a machine from our

stock they can return it in 30 day and we give the money back to the customer, except the cost for 1 month of

rent.

FUTURE PLANS

Our goal is to become the main trader for new and second hand equipment in Romania
