Utopia Aquariums is an aquarium design, construction and maintenance service provider. We design the

best aquarium system, build it and maintain it for you.

Building a successful aquarium system is a complex project; it must be well planned and executed for

long term success. It requires the application of multiple branches of science and engineering, hard

work, and a lot of patience.

We provide the added value of being the experienced ‘project manager’ of your aquarium system.

We have practical experience in handling freshwater and saltwater aquarium projects. We take pride in

our successful experiences with marine aquariums, which is our unique specialty.

We do not view aquariums as mere pieces of decoration; we treat them with the respect and care they

deserve. We are truly passionate about aquatic life; this passion has driven us to become very

knowledgeable and experienced in our field.

The purpose of this proposal is to introduce our services and proposed packages, and request a meeting

in order to discuss potential cooperation between Utopia Aquariums and you.


Why an aquarium?

An aquarium is the most beautiful centerpiece any location can have. No piece of decoration can be more

interesting than a living one! It is a dynamic display of exotic shapes, colors and lights.

An aquarium will be a real piece of nature right in the comfort of your own home or office, and it will add

a serene and elegant touch that you will love.

Imagine the fascination and admiration this marvel will warrant from anyone who sees it, with beautiful

fish and decorations that will keep them watching for hours!

Adding an aquarium to any place will completely transform its atmosphere; it will be more delightful for

peopleto spend time there and everyone will appreciate this exotic work of art.


Proposal overview

This proposal is made up of two parts; the first part contains the proposed packages, and the second part

contains special designs that might be of interest.

The packages in this proposal are recommended packages based on our opinion of what fits a prestigious

location. We are capable of tailoring any system according to our client’s needs, including the ones in this

proposal.

Understanding the proposal

The proposed packages are in the typical configuration; a wooden cabinet, rectangular glass tank and

matching wooden cover. There are many other configurations and materials available.

Package levels

Each proposed package is offered in 2 progressive levels:

1. Wet Running Package

It includes the basic construction elements as well as the filtration equipment and water additives.

The system is running and ready to support life.

2. Fully Furnished and Stocked Package

Complete fully functional and furnished system with livestock. It is an all-inclusive package.

Types of Aquariums

Freshwarter Saltwater


Aquascaping Aquascaping (similar to landscaping) gives the aquarium its beauty and natural feel, and provides its

inhabitants with an environment where they can thrive. Good aquascaping results in a striking aquarium

that fits its surroundings and inhabitants alike. Freshwater Tropical freshwater environments rely on different types of bottom materials, plants, rocks and petrified

woods to achieve their beauty.


Saltwater Tropical saltwater environments have rocky or sandy bottoms, but are made beautiful by the huge variety

of colorful life forms that inhabit them. Saltwater fish are more colorful and diverse than freshwater fish.


Points of clarification

The proposed packages are planned with the best materials and equipment available to enjoy a

long lifespan and have minimum potential for problems.

Aquarium construction projects are highly complicated and extensive; given package prices are

estimates of 90% accuracy. Prices are set with a healthy margin for variations, and the final

project cost is more likely to be below the estimated cost rather than above it.

Each proposed aquarium will be aquascaped to fit its surroundings.

The saltwater packages include an additional aquarium (sump) connected to the main display

aquarium and hidden inside the cabinet. This is an essential addition that increases total water

volume and hides bulky equipment from the main display.

Saltwater aquariums must be located in an air conditioned area. Saltwater systems are very

sensitive to high temperatures, and should never reach more than 25 degrees Celsius.

Each package is accompanied by its estimated monthly costs. The maintenance cost represents

material purchase only, and does not include service fees, which are to be agreed upon if

cooperation is confirmed.

The proposed packages are planned with moderate amounts of livestock for their respective size.

An aquarium is a complex ecosystem; proper introduction of aquatic life and stabilization of

environment parameters can take several weeks depending on system volume.

Aquarium fish and invertebrates are fragile livestock; even with every provision taken to ensure a

perfect environment, aquatic livestock diseases and deaths are sometimes unavoidable. Every

effort is put into minimizing such events and limiting their effects.

The 3D renderings in this proposal are only meant as a general indicator of shape and size. The

final product is a fine piece of furniture built to the highest quality standards.

Plumbing and electrical wiring are not shown in the proposal for simplicity.

Pond Aquarium

Description

The arrangement is a large shallow aquarium, and can be tailored to any size. It is ideal for giving a pond like feeling, especially if filled with large pond fish, such as Koi or Gold fish.


Half Hexagon Aquarium

Description

The arrangement is shaped like half a hexagon (6-side polygon), and can be tailored to any size. It provides a more panoramic view than regular rectangular aquariums.


Hexagon Aquarium

Description

The arrangement is shaped like a full hexagon (6-side polygon), and can be tailored to any size. It provides a full round panoramic view and is ideal for placement in the center of a room.


L – Aquarium

Description

The arrangement is shaped like a vertical letter (L), and can be tailored to any size. It gives the aquarium a very unusual and exotic shape, as well as many innovative decoration opportunities with its “drop-off” design.
