DESCRIPTION
Education enrollments have expanded across East Africa, but the quality of education has lagged behind. Some children complete many years of schooling and still end up being unable to read, write or do arithmetic. This presentation explains how a new citizen-driven initiative in East Africa called Uwezo seeks to promote real learning.TRANSCRIPT
