UYGUR Started Manufacturing parts for 122mm MRLS with one turning machine1997
1999ISO 9001 Certificate Received
2003 Avionic, electronic and aerospace part productions started (contracted by Roketsan, Aselsan. TAI)
2005 Automotive part production started (contracted by Delphi)
2007The qualification of Jet Motor Engine parts for SNECMA (Safran) completed.
2008 AS/EN 9100 Certificate Received.
2009Strategic Partnership Agreement signed with Aselsan
2010 Akyurt facility opened as a second production base. Uygur became the single source vendor for CFM 56 Jet Engine parts (for SNECMA)
2011 Machining capability increased up to 3600mm with 5 axis machiningMachine park: 35 CNC machines and 3 CMMs
2012Strategic Alliance Protocol signed with TAIAkyurt facility production area expanded from 1500m2 to 4000m2
Machine park reached 47 CNC
2013
Uygur began producing parts for M88 and M53 Jet Engines for SNECMA (Safran)
New factory building next to Akyurt base with 6000m2 production area is planned to start operating in December ‘13.
