Thestandardworksurfaceisconstructedusingmildsteeltoformalevel,slattable.Theslatsare2"(50mm)oncentertoprovidemaximumsupportandhighvolumeairflow.TheV-Seriesdowndrafttablecomeswithahighvolumefumeextractionplenumand12"(305mm)diameteroutlet.

Base Frame Thelegsareweldedsteelassemblieswithheavystructuralchannelcrossmembers.Thestringersarefabricatedfromheavy-dutyaerospacegradealuminumwithprecisionmachinedbearingdatums.Thebasefeaturesanintegrateddrosspan/fumeextractionplenumandreinforcedsteellegsupports.

Water Table ExclusivetotheV-Proplasmaisaheavy-duty,all-steelwatertablewithanintegratedwater-levelingbladder.ThiseliminatestheneedforafumeevacuatorandwillallowtheV-Protooperatea200amptorchcapableofcuttingupto1.25"(32mm)thickmaterialwithunparalleledprecision.

Automatic Torch Height (ATH) Control

AutomaticTorchHeightisstandardonallV-Seriesplasmasystems.MultiCamsystemsarefullyintegratedwiththemotioncontrolsystemwherethetorchheightisautomaticallyadjustedbasedonthecurrentcuttingparameters.Thisallowsthesystemtobeextremelyresponsivewhencuttingawidevarietyofmetals.

POWERMAXSystems are available with fume evacuation table format.

The MAXPRO200is exclusive to the V-Pro series with water table format.
