Sales Are Up 55%This summer, the John’s Island real estate market has seen

an increase in demand and gained strong upward momentum

resulting in a 380% increase in pending transactions compared

to last summer. Inventory levels are also down 52% from 127

listings at this time last year, compared to 61 listings today,

which is 5% of the inventory of 1,362± total properties for sale.

To date, we have 81 closed sales and 24 pending contracts,

compared to 57 closed sales and 5 pending contracts for the

same time last year.
