V3 GATE Management Team Oscar Valdez, Owner and CEO Oscar is the majority owner and CEO of V3Gate. He manages the daily operations including all financial and accounting activities, capture planning and program management of large contracts, and performance management of all V3Gate personnel. Oscar has over 30 years of leadership and management experience. He served in the US Army from June 1977 to July 1998 where he earned his commission in the Infantry in 1986 and subsequently rose to the rank of Major, serving as an officer in the Infantry until 1994 and as an Army Contracting Officer until 1998. Oscar has a VA disability rating of 40% and is based in Colorado Springs.

Tad Rzonca, President Tad Rzonca is President of V3Gate and is responsible for business development and inside sales for the western and mid-western United States. Tad has 20 years of experience in the IT Industry and began his career in 1992 with Insight Enterprises where he was instrumental in growing annual sales from $100 million to $3 billion over a 13-year period. He held key positions at Insight including overseeing the firm's partnership programs with industry giants such as IBM and HP and managing an outsourcing program with a Minority Business Enterprise where he gained experience in the small business community. Tad co-founded V3Gate in 2007 with Oscar Valdez.

Matt Rzonca, EVP of Business Development Matt is Executive Vice President of business development and client relationship management for V3Gate with a focus on developing relationships with the government agencies, prime contractors and distributors in Washington DC area. . Before joining V3Gate, Matt spent 14 years as an executive in the hospitality industry where his most recent role was managing the luxury Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington DC. Matt successfully managed and mentored large teams and consistently recognized as a leader in exceeding customer service goals. Matt is a graduate of UNLV and is based in Reston, Virginia.

Guy Nielsen, EVP, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer Guy leads the V3Gate advisory board and is also serving as the company’s chief strategy and marketing officer. Before joining V3Gate, Guy was the global chief marketing and communications officer for CSC, a $17b IT services company and a leading U.S. federal contractor. Guy also served as head of global field marketing for BearingPoint, and spent 9 years with IBM in roles of increasing responsibility. Guy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University and an MBA from the American University. He is based in Reston, Virginia.
