gemeten waarde

- 17 -VIK – Go with the flowCopyright © Yokogawa Electric CorporationOctober 2012
– Maximum permissible error “G”
– Threshold value “qG”
Vroegere specificatie Nieuwe specificatie
Accuracy class 1.6 G=1.6 qG = 50 %
Accuracy class 2.5 G=2.5 qG = 50 %
Accuracy class 4 G=4 qG = 50 %

Beperking
Vertikale installatie is verplicht
Invloed van wijzigingen in temperatuur en densiteit

Measuring Range of a Rotameter
Indication
Float reaches the
upper stopper at
105% of max. flow.
Float lifts at 5
to 8% of max.
flow.
Beperkingen

d = 10 mm d = 10.03 mm
T = 30 degC T = 200 degC

Principe
toonaangevende parameter.
De omzettingsvergelijking wordt dan:
Flow rate = Vortex Frequency
K-factor
debietmeter (water kalibratie – “ X “ Pulsen / Liter)

amplitude/gevoeligheids-curve
berekend worden
-resultaten van de individuele sub-band
analysers worden vergeleken met de
berekende gevoeligheidscurve
vortex flow signaal

Voordelen & beperkingen
50
- 99 -VIK – Go with the flowCopyright © Yokogawa Electric CorporationOctober 2012
Voordelen
Geaccepteerd door de industrie
Industriële metingen bestaan reeds sinds late jaren 60
Weinig mogelijke lekpunten
Sensor aansluiting
Gelaste flenzen , gegoten bodies
Minimum snelheid/debiet nodig (Re>20.000)
Klein permanent drukverlies
Hoge T° & P ratings mogelijk
Geen bewegende delen
- 100 -VIK – Go with the flowCopyright © Yokogawa Electric CorporationOctober 2012
Beperkingen
