Director

Qualification

M.A (Economics, Sociology, Applied Psychology, Mass

Communication).

Good representation, coordination and liaison skills.Strong communication skills.

Demonstrative ability to lead a team.

Age 62 Years (Maximum)

Experience

Ten years experience in Planning/Implementation of

development Projects.

Experience of Management of Development Projects and

community mobilization will be preferred.

SalaryRs.75,000/- per month all inclusive, plus annual increment

@ 5% per annum.

Duties/Responsibility

He will be the Head of the Wing.

Implementation of the project as per its scope.

Financial Management and Preparation of cash/work plan.

Administration of the project.

Any other responsibility assigned by Director General /

Secretary, Narcotics Control Division.

Coordination with Provincial Governments

Monitoring of Project activities of NGOs Law Enforcingagencies and volunteers

Development of Database of project activities

Preparation of Project proposals of Drug Demand

Reduction.

Preference will be given to computer literate.

Experience01 year experience in maintenance of cash/accounts books

and reconciliation of accounts with AGPR.

Age 35 Years (Maximum)

SalaryRs. 30,000/- per month all inclusive, plus annual increment

@5% per annum.


Maintenance of cash books, handling of cash

receipts/payments and preparation of bills under the

project.

Reconciliation of accounts with AGPRAny other responsibility assigned by PD.

To act as DDO of the project.

Preparation of budget / NIS.

Data Processing Officer

Assistant

Preference will be given to computer literates

Experience01 year experience in administrative and procurement

matters.



@5% per annum


Maintenance of files/record.

Procurement under the project and maintaining the stock

register/inventory etc.

Personnel and administrative matters of employees under

the project.

Qualification B.Sc. Computer Science / IT

Experience Knowledge of multiple data handling will be preferred.


Salary30,000/- per month all inclusive, plus annual increment

Verification/authentication of data.

Development and Printing of periodical reports of NGOs and

other Drug Demand Reduction activities.

Supervision of Computer Operators in data entry of the

projects into database / PMES software.

Maintenance of Networking and IT Equipments.

Any other duty assigned by the PD.

QualificationB.A / B.Sc. / B.Com with minimum of 01 years of experience

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science.

Experience

Minimum of 01 year experience, working in customized

computer software and typing speed upto 40 words per

minute.

Qualification

Intermediate with 100/50 w.p.m speed in shorthand and

typing respectively
