Vacation Plans.

• Arrive Friday May 3rd at 3:40pm, the remainder of the day will consist of traveling to the hotel and getting settled in.

• Saturday May 4th: today is a free day to explore the area and visit the surf shop to rent your scuba equipment to use any time you wish.

• Sunday May 5th: this is a good day to visit Diamond Head State park since it is open 7 days a week any other day is fine as well. http://www.hawaiistateparks.org/parks/oahu/index.cfm?park_id=15

• Monday May 6th: enjoy what the area has to offer particularly the beaches within walking distance as well as the local cuisine.

• Tuesday May 7th: today is a good day to visit Pearl Harbor, it is not as busy as over the weekend or on Mondays.

• Wednesday May 8th: you depart today but not until 10:30pm so enjoy the day to get in that last bit of sun.

While visiting Honolulu we have set up a daily itinerary, each day something different is planned but these days can be mixed and matched as well as visiting the destinations can be at anytime of day. We have also provided you with some days with nothing scheduled at all.

Transportation!• A shuttle service will be used for

transportation to and from the airport in Honolulu.

• While on the island most destinations will be in walking distance from the hotel.

• One day you will take a bus to Diamond Head State park.

• Also have set up moped’s to be rented in order for you to visit Pearl Harbor.

• Upon arriving at the Honolulu International Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim area.

• We recommend you contact our office with our toll free number 18772425777, allowing our on duty dispatcher to contact your driver and further direct you.

• After you have gathered your luggage

• -All Airlines EXCEPT Customs arrivals

• Should remain in the baggage claim area where you will be met by a SpeediShuttle greeter in a Polynesian red with natural fern aloha attire holding a SPEEDISHUTTLE sign.

• DO NOT EXIT TO THE STREET.

• CUSTOMS arrivals will need to exit to the street and wait by the information counter

• You will be met and assisted by one of our SPEEDISHUTTLE greeters in a Polynesian red with natural fern aloha attire, who will then escort you to your pickup area where the driver will load your luggage into one of our vehicles

The scheduled pick up time for your departure will be confirmed by a member of our reservation staff at least 24 hours prior to your departure
