*Note* This is a generalization of meals. Some meals may include more than is listed, according to the restaurant.* Trust us, Our food & wine is the most important thingon our tours, so have no worries because there will be always plenty. :)

Q. Can you help with Special Dietary Requirements?

Please notify us of special requirements at the time of booking. Please include whether ornot you eat fish, pork, meat, or wild game. Some restaurants that we use create their ownmenus daily, and may not have the means to make last minute changes. Any special mealrequirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. VaFeltre Tours cannot GUARANTEEspecial meal requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients’ special mealrequests are not fulfilled.

Q. What are the standards of the hotels you use? We use hotels or inns with 3 star ratings orhigher. They are often family-runestablishments vs. corporate chain properties.

When booking triple or quad rooms pleasenote that this is based on a twin room wherethe extra bed may be a ‘roll-away’ bed whichwill limit space in the room. Availability of tripleor quad rooms is limited and in some hotelsmay consist of a double bed with a ‘roll-away’bed or two double beds. Single rooms inEurope are generally smaller than twin-beddedrooms.

European hotel standards & services providedmay vary from those in other parts of the worldand are often in the local style.

These are 2 of the many hotels weuse on our tours for you to view andget an idea:

Transportation is included for all listedactivities during the tour. Vehicle sizemay vary to reflect the size of thegroup. We will have our own privatevehicle with comfortable seating andclimate control. This may range froma minivan to a full-sized motorcoach, depending on the group size.

Q. Will we do all of the activities listed in the itinerary? Sightseeing: The following terminology is used on the itinerary pages in regards to includedsightseeing:Visit - You will enter a specific site and any applicable fees are included.View - A brief stop and an opportunity to take photos. See - You will drive by the site so that you can see it.

Q. Why do you use local guides? Sometimes we feel that the best way to experience an area is through the eyes of a localguide. Local tours are usually 2-4 hours, and are usually on foot. Please bring comfortableshoes for these activities! Please note that while the fee is already paid to the guide as partof your tour cost, it is customary to offer 1-2 Euros per person for a job well done.

Q. Is there a limit to how much luggage I can bring along?

Especially with our smaller groups, we often useminivans to keep costs down. Because of this,we do not have extra space for excess luggagein our vehicles. We kindly ask that you limit yourluggage to one piece per passenger. This singlebag should have a weight not exceeding 30kg

Page 5: VaFeltre Tours Frequently Asked Questions

(66lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 77.5cm(30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in). Chargesmay incur in the event these limits areexceeded, and our promise to transport you oryour luggage as indicated may be invalidated.Airlines may restrict checked luggage allowanceby weight – e.g. a max of 50lbs/23kgs perperson. Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one pieceper person, and must be small, such as a purseor backpack. Please note that carry-ons withtelescopic handles and wheels may not fit in themain vehicle compartment and therefore cannotbe accepted as carry-on luggage for safetyreasons.

Luggage handling is the responsibility of each tourmember and must be taken on and off the vehicleyourself each day of the tour. Because we mainly usefamily-run lodging properties, quite often there simplyisn’t anyone available to carry your items for you. Largeitems can be left in hotel rooms where we will bestaying overnight. VaFeltre Tours is not responsible foritems that go missing from hotel rooms or that are leftin the vehicle overnight.
