Apricot & herb glazed pork belly, seared scallops, beetroot puree & tender pea shoots.

Oysters 3 ways- With smoked bacon& red wine, Applewood cheddar & white sauce & natural with lemon wedge.

Sun blushed tomato, parmesan & green pesto tart, a rocket salad & balsamic reduction.

Gressingham duck & chicken terrine with damson jelly & toasted bloomer.

Mains

Trio of duck- seared duck breast, duck and plum bon-bons & confit duck leg with pumpkin mash & sautéed kale.

Pan fried black bream with linguini in a crayfish & mussel cream.

Chargrilled lamb cutlets & mini shepherds pie with roasted garlic & rosemary crushed new potatoes, braised red cabbage & red wine jus.

Aged Derbyshire ribeye with chargrilled black tiger prawns, house chips, roasted vine cherry tomatoes & parsley butter.

Goats cheese and roasted pumpkin risotto topped with roasted seeds, baby rocket and white truffle oil.

Desserts

Assiette of Brulee. Passion fruit, raspberry and Cointreau

A selection of British and continental cheese, with water biscuits & quince jelly.

Rich Belgian chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet
