Engagementstrappen trin for trin

Det kan du gøre ved at give plads til, at folk kan deltage på mange forskellige måder alt

efter, hvad de har tid, mod og borgerlyst til. Det kan bedst illustreres som en trappe, som

folk langsomt kan gå op ad, og som giver dem mulighed for at engagere sig mere og mere,

efterhånden som de lærer projektet og dets rammer at kende.

Denne ‘engagementstrappe’ består af fire trin:

Initiativtagere

1. Initiativtagere har taget initiativet til projektet eller tager initiativet til at føre projek-

tet videre, hvis de oprindelige initiativ-tagere har forladt det. Som navnet antyder, tager

de initiativ og sætter ting i gang. På den måde er de en slags fyrtårn for projektet, fordi

de formidler og fastholder de værdier og mål og den ånd, som projektet er startet i. De

sætter rammerne for projektet og inviterer folk til at skabe og videreudvikle projektet

sammen med dem.

For eksempel er initiativtagerne til Samtalesaloner os – Andreas og Nadja. Vi tog initia-

tivet til at afprøve og udvikle konceptet med samtalesaloner og holde dem i København. I

Københavns Fødevarefællesskab er der derimod ikke længere nogen af de oprindelige

initiativtagere, der stadig er aktive. Så dér kan rollen som initiativtagere bedst overføres

bystander > participant > co-developer > initiator
