Online Advertising Terms
1. All copy must be submitted in writing. Our staff can help design your ad, but we need content to work with when the contract is submitted.
2. Contract and content must be received two weeks prior to the first run date. 3. If you already have an ad designed, send the advertisement as a PDF or JPEG file.4. If we design your ad, you will be emailed a copy of the advertisement to approve before it
appears. You will have 48 hours to approve the ad. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume the ad has been approved.
5. All advertisements must be paid for in advance. If we have not received your payment 2 weeks before the date you want it to appear, your ad will not run.
6. Space is limited so we cannot guarantee your dates are available.7. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to advertisements.8. We reserve the right to refuse any copy.9. Online advertisements may be purchased in addition to print ads or alone.
