PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE WITHSTANDING CAPABILITY
Multipath–Multistage trim The fluid is splitted into several smaller jets and the whole pressure drop is divided in many stages. The flow energy is dissipated by shock-eddy interaction .
• Quick-change design
• Improved Anti-Cavitation and Low-Noise design• Balanced plug
• Leakage class up to V
• Cv and noise calculation according to IEC std

LTG3 Cage-guided Multi-Stage MPL trim
•Multipath–Multistage
• Labyrinth disk stackThe fluid passes through a great number of turns and restrictions and its energy is dissipated along the tortuous flow path.• Quick-change design
• Anti-cavitation and low-noise design
• Balanced plug
• Leakage class up to VI
Labyrinth multipath trim for the best noise reduction and the full anticavitation protection

Ball Control Valves CB Series
Control Ball Valves CB series provide an excellent tightness, typical of on-off ball valves with a high Rangeability (up to 200:1).
CB series valves match together the ability to transfer large volumetric flows with the possibility of a precise control action at small flows .
Special trims design with noise and cavitation abatement.
CB54 with a particular downstream drilled disc especially designed to reduce noise
CB55 with special drilled plates:
• MS trim, standard solution: good flow control, low noise and no cavitation trim
• MSC trim, for a more precise control at small flows
CB56 with special V-Port trim.

SPECIAL CONTROL VALVES
LTU Control Valve Series
• Especially designed to ensure long life and very reduced maintenance costs for severe and demanding service of urea processes.
• Flashing can also be handled by these valves: the careful selection of flow area passages limits fluid velocity and noise.
• different models available depending on the particular service conditions.
Applications
Features
• Forged body obtained from special stainless steels block.
• Integral bonnet to avoid leakage and internal dead cavities.
• Special packing seal rings with no dead zones into the packing box.
• Optional double packing with intermediate connections for heating or flushing.
• No gasketing for the connection of seat ring to body. A metallic lens-shaped joint is used to ensure a self-alignment assembly against the bending effects of piping.
• Optional internal jacketing of body is available to allow an integrated free-leakage heating system.
• For on-off service but used as well for not demanding control services Typical application = check stop dampened
• Service downstream pumping stations
DYNA-LOK-TB Series
Applications
Features
• Sizes from 600 to 3000 Rating up to ANSI 300
• Pneumatic, hydraulic and electric actuators Counterweight for check stop service
• Tight shut-off available – the patented seal ring “spyret” fitted on the disc allows an easy maintenance
Features:
- straight-way and angle body - ratings up to ANSI 1500 - sizes 3” through 12” - max Δp = 30 bar at max Cv 180 bar at min Cv - max temperature = 250°C
