Summer Training

As an initiative to encourage practical exposure of the students on emerging technologies and industrial practices, and to enhance technical competence of students in specialized areas relevant to placement and professional career thereafter, training programme in relevant disciplines are organized in summer vacations every year .

Industrial Exposure

The institution has close interaction with key industries and Business Enterprises at national and regional level for industrial exposure and knowledge sharing programmes. Institution organizes Industrial tours for the students to get practical Exposure. In addition to this, institute facilitates industrial training and projects for the students during the summer vacations. The industrial interaction activities are mostly coordinated by students.

The prominent local partners for regular industrial interaction are; REIL, BSNL, Genpact, Bosch, Genus, NEI, Ericsson, Infosys, IFB, Deutsche Bank, Axis Bank, , etc The institution also has active interaction with key industrial forums like; CII, FICCI, PHDCII, FORTI, etc. The institution invites experts from corporate and industries for regular invited lectures

Student Connect Programme : An initiation to have a forum for continued Interaction between the institution and passed out students. Main focus of the programme is to share useful information for further development of theInstitution and its students. Every year , in the last semester an interactive session is organised with passing out students which is attended by all teachers and Director. Student share their experience during the course and give their suggestion for further improvement .

Blood Donation Camp

Every year blood donation camp is organized by students to be a part of the ‘extended human family’ with blood donation to save life of fellow members in crises. This is organized in association of HDFC Bank, Lions Club and Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital. This is being organized in the memory of institution’s learned teacher Late Prof. R. K. Popli who besides his excellent academic contribution, worked actively for humanitarian and social causes related to upliftment of tribal community in India.The motivated students and staff members enthusiastically participate in the programme and donate blood for the Nobel cause.
